It’s uncomfortable for a homeowner to handle something you know very little about, but Vinny’s promptness, professionalism, and workmanship in repairs confirmed for me that I made the right decision in hiring his company.

I called after hours with a very unusual situation - a new born kitten had gotten stuck in an impossible location under a deck in a two inch crack between concrete steps and a brick wall. We thought the kitten was a goner as it had been stuck for hours. Vinny came on short notice, and with the patience, precision and Empathy of a surgeon, safely extracted the kitten. Made our day for sure!

I had a raccoon who had invaded my attic space. Vinny was thorough in assessing the situation, knew what he was doing in setting trap, secured the breached areas of entry, and communicated well throughout the process. The price was fair. Additionally, Vinny was careful to leave the area clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Critter Stoppers and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

I had a great experience. Vinny listened, inspected, and came up with a plan based on what I wanted and my problem is now solved. He closed off all of the places that could have been the entry point for the rats and they simply can't get in now.

Professional. Returned phone calls and emails promptly. His options for service was appreciated. Arrived to do the service on date and time agreed on.

Vinny came out almost immediately and was easy to deal with and friendly. He found the critters in my attic in minutes. It turned out to be bats. He educated me about their habits and gently collected the protected species, then told me what I should do to prevent them from coming back. His pricing was very fair. Would hire again.

Vinny came out in the cold and rain to seal up the exterior of my house and set traps. He was very easy to work with and personable. He also gave me a good quote. I will continue to work with him.

Vinny was extremely patient and understanding. He came right away to remove a dead animal from out front that neither the city's sanitation department nor my HOA association would. He explained how he treated the area where the animal was decomposing so that it'll be sanitized yet safe.

Vinny replied to my request promptly. He caught the racoon in my attic within the first 2 days and fixed the damage the racoon made. Vinny continuously followed-up to ensure there were no additional rodents or issues. He even returned when I thought another raccoon found haven in my attic. I would not hesitate to hire Vinny again. He is personable, knowledgable and his prices were better than other companies.

They help me get my dog out from under the house. They do not do this. But with there help my little cocoa crispies is now inside and safe
