Contacted Critter Stoppers and spoke with Vinny, he was very kind and helpful with the matter. We accepted his proposal for service and got the warranty of service. This is very helpful to have, should the need arise.

Vinny came and "rodent-proofed" a rental property of mine where a tenant was having problems. He left traps and provided me with a one-year warranty. The tenant called me in a panic and said he has reached out to Vinny repeatedly over the past three weeks (he did the work just 3 weeks ago) to let him know that the problem was not resolved. Vinny has been unresponsive. I have called, emailed, texted and have had no response. Shoddy workmanship and poor responsiveness defines a poor contractor in my opinion.

I initially gave Vinny a 4.5 but I am revising it. I paid $800 to have my house sealed and traps set to get rid of mice and rats coming into my crawl space and then into my house. The mice are still finding a way into my crawlspace and my house. I hear them. The have chew duct work, the dryer vent and the heavy-weight bin where I store dog food. In just 10 days I removed five dead mice from traps. I am setting the traps myself now. Vinny said there was supposed to be a one-year warranty on his work. It's only been three months. I have made multiple calls to him to come back. Once he promised to be there the next day but didn't come. And since none of my calls have been returned. So I am out of money and I'm still living with mice.

Mr. Vinny was great. Very thorough and detailed. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Hopefully, our problems are resolved- so far so good.

He was punctual every time we had an appointment and he followed up the service with phone calls. Most importantly, he got rid of the rats in my crawlspace quickly.

I met with thwo other qualified companies, but liked Vinny's customer service skills, competitive rates, and ability to complete the job within a week. Vinny has followed up with me to ensure I am happy with the service and all the squirrels have been removed from my attic.
