Dave, Bobby and the guys were great; bearing with us while we waited for the right time to do the job. Since it was such a big job too, we wanted to do it while our kids were away and they quoted us 14 days to get it all done - moving our big furniture pieces, installation of floors, sanding, staining the floors and then moving all our big furniture pieces back into place. They actually completed the job on budget and finished early! We were able to get all our little items and the kids' bedrooms put back together before they came home from camp. The hardest part was moving all our little things out of the way. Bobby and his crew were great to work with and Dave was in constant contact with us throughout the job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Excellent work, met all expectations

The service was great. They were easy to work with through out the whole process, on time for the appointment and went right to work and finished the job in a timely manner. The sample was a match for the laminate we choose. All the old flooring was taken away. And the new laminate was clean and free of any dust or debris. They did an outstanding job. The house was empty at the time so I can't comment on moving of furniture etc. but I'm sure they would do a great job.

Everything was on schedule, on budget, and completed as promised!

As an Interior designer with my own company I have to be very careful who I refer. I have been working with concept flooring for 10 plus years and have never had a problem. ? ?I think they are the best their is and are very professional.

This was a great experience! You can't tell where the replacement section is! The team was so friendly and professional--they even did a couple of extra things while they were there. We had seen their work elsewhere and were impressed, so when our need arose, we called them. The sanding process was especially above-and-beyond expectation in that there was NO residual sawdust either in the air or on the floor (unlike our previous experience with another company). They also have a nice showroom of flooring products. Don't call anyone else if you have flooring needs!

They moved all furniture and replaced it when the job was complete. The sales person was very responsive and informative.

This is the 2nd time that we've used Concept Flooring. We needed new and existing floors to be sanded and refinished. Not only were they thorough, but Dave's team was very meticulous. The job was completed on time and done exactly the way we wanted. This is a great company and we highly recommend them. We would use them again for future jobs.

Jeff and his crew of installers were awesome. I have never been so pleased with a home contractor as I was with Concept Flooring. I am in the commercial construction industry so I am probably more meticulous than a person with no construction knowledge. I would not hesitate to contact these guys for any future flooring needs I may have. Concept Flooring delivered and executed this install exactly as I was told up front while at the same time being professional, courteous and respectful of my home and belongings.

Oscar who did the installation was wonderful. They were courteous and very helpful. Respectful of my animals and very hard working.

I needed to have the tile installed right away and Jeff and his crew were able to install it the day after they gave me my estimate. Before them I hired Home Depot to do the Job; Home Depot not only delayed my installation 4 weeks, but when the Home Depot contractors finally decided to do the job they removed the old hardwood floors and then they left the job, they told me that the installation couldn't be done because my concrete floor underneath was bumpy and uneven and they recommended me to only install sheet vynil, no other choice, that's when I decided to fired Home Depot and Hire Concept Floorings, from the very beginning I didn't hear a negative, they came and told me the job could be done no problem and it will look perfect.....and that's how it was done. I love my new tile floors, the job looks very professional and perfectly level. Jeff and his crew were extremely professional and courteous and gave me a very fair price. I will highly recommend them and let you know that you will not be disappointed with them.

They did a great job. They were punctual and professional throughout the process. The floors look great! I was dreading the clean-up process after refinishing but they did such a great job with dust containment that there was almost nothing to clean up. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I cannot praise Jeff and Concept Flooring enough! After our floors were damaged by a water leak, we decided we wanted to install Anderson floors in our house. After the quote given to us by another installer was way above our budget, I reached out to Concept Flooring after locating them on the Anderson page. We were concerned about the process as the mitigation company hired by our insurance company did a horrible job taking out a portion of the floor, and the general contractor we were working with was less than responsive. However, Jeff was very helpful right from the start! Not only did he come out to give us a quote right away, he was patient as we worked to figure out timing with the other contractors, and worked around schedules to be sure to fit us in before the holidays. The remaining floors (and the mess from the mitigation company) was cleaned up by Concept in 1 day, and the new floors installed the 2nd day. And the floors are beautiful! From the price, to the customer service, Concept Flooring beats everyone we've dealt with! We will not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

After contacting to get an approximate cost, I arranged for an appointment for the following week. John called before the appointment and said he would be a big early. He arrived as promised and helped move a heavy TV stand. he was very professional and friendly. Job was completed as promised with no issues. Even did a bit extra in a bedroom. I highly recommend Concept Flooring for this type of service.

Excellent service. Very pleased with punctuality, price, service, response time and they moved all of my furniture.

The floors look and feel great. Everyone was on time. The sales guy was nice to work with and very responsive. Not pushy. But the doors to all of the rooms have lots of dirty smudges from the installers. One wall has a huge mark in it and needs to be painted over. Base boards were dinged which I'm told is normal.... just wish I had known because I did a lot of painting while the old carpet was in place. A window screen was taken out (so they could toss stuff out the window perhaps?), but it was not put back.

Wood installation and all refinishing and staining went very well. Work was completed in one week. Carpet work was completed in the next week.

I can't emphasize enough what a great job these guys did. I worked with Chris as my project manager, and he was wonderful. When he first came to discuss the job, he had great ideas and instincts about what would work in my foyer. He was also honest about what prep work was required for doing the flooring job right, even though it would increase the price. Throughout the job, his sense of humor and easygoing efficiency kept things running smoothly. By the end, everything had gone so well that I felt like I had gained a new friend. The installers were super efficient and did a fabulous job. The stain and finish guy was incredibly helpful in picking a color that would match up with my existing flooring, and he did a superb job. The finish is like glass. The quality is excellent. Every time I checked behind them to make sure things were done to my liking, everything looked exactly right. Super great flooring guys.

First of all, I am an interior designer and I had used the same flooring guy for years that I absolutely adored, but about a year ago he decided his knees had enough, and retired to Florida. So, I was left high and dry for a flooring contractor for my clients. I interviewed several highly rated flooring finishers and didn't feel good about any of them. I finally emailed my old flooring guy and he suggested that I get in touch with Concept Flooring. He said that they were the ONLY ones that he could recommend in good faith. As a designer, I will be the first to admit that I am VERY particular, as are my clients. I think anyone that goes to the trouble and expense to hire a designer is going to expect a higher level of service, and I expect nothing less from any of my contractors on a job. This particular job was for a long time client of about 18 years, and they had waited a really long time to redo their kitchen. We completely revised the island footprint, which left holes in the existing floor and a large area which was unfinished underneath the old island. The perimeter cabinets sit on the sub-floor, so we had to cut out where we made revisions to those and lace in new wood. Concept did a flawless job. You would never know where the new wood was added in. They then refinished the entire area to match the rest of the downstairs. They did a BEAUTIFUL job! They took the time for me to come over and "OK" the stain color, and worked with me to tweak it until we got the perfect match. You would never know it was done at a different time if you weren't told. They were careful, neat and respectful of my client's home, which means the world to me. I can't express to you how professional they are. They go above and beyond to make certain that the client is happy and satisfied. That is how I do business, and I will only do business with contractors that have the same ethics. Don't hesitate to contact Concept for your flooring needs. I can tell you without a a doubt...They are the best! They don't come any "pickier" than myself, and I could not be more pleased. .

Chris Baker was professional and attentive. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestion based on those wants. We ended up with a completely different home with the new floors and carpet. The installers were professional and courteous.

They did an excellent job. They were timely. When there was a minor defect in the carpet they came out right away and fixed it perfectly.
