Description of Work: The company's representatives are great. The price was reasonable and the materials fine. The only negative part was that the vinyl plank design we chose had to be back ordered for weeks, so we couldn't get the job done exactly per our schedule. But overall I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: After checking out Concept Flooring I called and a rep came right out with samples. We picked the carpet we wanted to have installed and I requested that they also resolve some squeaks in the floor. They were out within a few days and took care of the squeaks in the floor and did a very good job on installing the carpet. The installers were very professional, worked fast, very careful not to bump the walls moving furniture, and did a first rate job. The rep came out with the installers to make sure all was well. He has been great to follow up, and the office also called to be sure all went well and we were satisfied with the work. I plan to replace the kitchen and bathrooms and the rest of the house in a couple of months and I will use them. I would very highly recommend Concept Flooring.

It was great, answers the phone on off hours as i am a shift worker, always courteous and friendly, pricing was competitive, and was prompt in appointment times. I'm building a new home and they will be doing my floors in the new house too!
Description of Work: He replaced the hardwood and carpet in my house, gave me recommendations for cleaning, and helped me with some recommendations for the rest of my work. The owner was knowledgeable, gave me fair pricing, and they did an amazing job and paid attention to detail.

The people from Concept Flooring Inc came out and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the process. They explained a couple of options to me as far as what we have done and our floor looks better than it did. I did not know the cleaning solution used on the floor in the past so it limited the number of options I could have and the owner was honest with me about it. He gave a lot of suggestion and tips. He helped me a lot in making the best decision. I would hire them again to do more work for me.
Description of Work: I used Concept Flooring Inc to redo the carpet floors. They stripped down to the wood, stained them and redid the floors in the basement.

I was so pleased with Concept Flooring. They completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. They made sure all of the materials were picked up before leaving. I shopped around before hiring them and they were they offered the best price, so I went with them.
Description of Work: I had Concept Flooring pull up carpet and replace it with about 1000 square feet of wood flooring. They installed three quarter inch finished oak wood.

We found this company to be very dependable and accommodating. They were very clean, neat and friendly. We enjoyed having them in our home and they did a superb job all the way around. We feel they did an exquisite job and we would highly recommend them to others.
