They were on time and worked very hard and fast. They had a system. I was given a couple of stain colors to choose from. They moved furniture and covered everything to minimize the dust. They put three coats of polyurethane on the stained floor. I really like the installation look around the stacked stone fireplace. It looks like it was always hardwood. They screwed down the plywood subfloor to get rid of squeaks. They cleaned up and left me a very happy customer. Chris was fantastic!!! GOOD JOB!

We are 2 of 3 days into the job and I'm so excited and pleased, I had to write the review tonight. I can't possibly say enough good things about these guys. I was tough on Dave, whom originally contacted me to come to the house to measure, show me samples and provide an estimate. I can be very demanding, and he's handled me without so much as a bump in professionalism. I received their quote and ended up decided to shop with other flooring contractors and ended up right back with Concept. Their products, responsiveness, knowledge and professional completely blew any sort of potential competition out of the water. And, they honestly had the best deal also. So, as of day 2 I have amazingly beautiful new iron balusters on my stairs and the softest most beautiful carpet I have ever felt (honestly). I've sent all of my family and friends pictures - it completely changed my house. Every install has been professional, they showed up on time, Dave communicated throughout the whole process (including nights and weekends) and it's been done beyond my expectations. I came home from work today to new carpet, with all of my furniture/belongings put back exactly where they were (amazing) and everything immaculate. They left no mess for me to clean-up at all! Tomorrow is the hardwood installation downstairs, which includes them removing my old hardwoods and carpet to install new. I am so pleased with my experience so far and can only imagine what my house will look like at the end of the day tomorrow. In today's day and age, it seems 'customer service' has gone to the wayside. Not these guys. Concept Flooring is a model for all businesses. I only wish every experience I had was like the one with them. Thanks, guys! It's been amazing!

They were great. The only thing I would have preferred is if they had more guys working. They worked until 10:00 the first day, then had to come back to do the staircase because they weren't finished. It was a long day!

We were in a time crunch. Had just purchased our home and needed the carpet installed right after closing and before move in. The owner came out and showed us samples and scheduled installation within a day or two. Everything went great with the installation and the carpet was of very good quality.

They were excellent, and the work was done in a timely fashion. Their people were really outstanding, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very prompt, and I was pleased. I would use them over and over again. They did a great job. I was very pleased with everything they did.

I thought the work was excellent. The salesman came back after the job was completed, and noticed a floor board that was not right, and they corrected it. They were very good.
