The cleaner moved the furniture as asked, and even the indoor-outdoor rug, sprayed carefully (including the ceiling and the webby corners near the ceiling), and then put the large things back.

The owner (Jose) was very courteous and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He showed up for the 1st appointment, was very knowledgeable and clearly outlined what needed to be done and how. I was very impressed with his approach and attention to detail for the job. Jose indicated that he needed to come back to measure the deck, as well as bring his carpenter and painter to complete a formal estimate. He agreed to come back in two days and leave an estimate for me. Several days later, I returned from a business trip to learn that he had never come back. After a week went by, I called Jose to ask what had happened. His response was that he was planning other jobs out of State, and he couldn't work me into his schedule to complete the job. No other explanation, nor excuse for missing the follow-up. He then told me to just hire someone else! While I am glad that I found out about his lack of service and professional follow-up before hiring him, I was very disappointed.
