I signed a one year contract with Bug-off and I have been using them for about 6 months now. They come out quarterly to spray and look to see if there are any festering problems. If I there are problems after they spray (within the quarter) they will come back for no charge. The service has been satisfactory. Every once in awhile I may see a pest, but the pest control guy has pointed out to us several cracks near windows and doors that need to be sealed in order to be 100% pest free. With that said, I would recommend them.

I get them every other month since 2008.

The provider arrived and was intimated by dogs barking. Rightfully, expressed concern about being bitten...but the animals were 20 feet away from him. He apparently had a bad indecent...but I could not envision an excellent service from him on an ongoing basis if a dog bark spooked him so badly. As I tried to explain the situation about his "being here" all he could imagine was "being bitten". He would not discuss why here was here but kept reacting to a dog barking. He just did not "get it" that he was safe. Too bad. Some people just assume that they are going to be stunned or stabbed or advantaged. This is one of these persons. Just not a "pet friendly" person. Maybe your experience will be better.

It was good. It was fine. I would recommend them. You don't know for years if termites are going to show up or not. I would use them again.

3 workers from the company came out and found where the holes where that the squirrel made, which were two holes. The animal was in the space between the fireplace stack and the siding. the holes were plugged except one, which a trap was attached to. Per the contract, the company agreed to cover the holes, set the trap, and pick up the animal. After two days one of the employees stopped by to inspect the trap and it was empty. Employee set another trap in the attic. After a week a smell was coming from the firelace where the animal had died due to not being able to escape. Called the company who stated they would be out to pick up the dead animal. The workers showed up in the afternoon and attempted to remove the interior of the fireplace, which can be pulled out, so a space is open. One of the employees stated he couldn't see the squirrel and that it has to be in the back. The worked did not attempt to take any type of stiff flexable wire type of implement to try and slide the squirrel out from the back. Instead they placed everything back and told me the dead animal could not be retrieved. I next received a call from the foreman of the two employees who were still at my home, who were removing ythe traps and closing the second hole. That person gave me an argument when I asked why the animal could still not be removed as I did pay for that service. Afterwards, I received a call from the owner of the company who stated that there was nothing they could do and that they would bring me an deodorizer bag to cover the smell until the animal disintegrated. The owner also promised me that the bag would be delivered before I left for work the following morning. The next day I received a call from the owner stating the worker is running late and could I be avail. Informed the owner I would not and needed to leave for work. Told him to drop the item at my door and that I wanted a refund for the $75 for the animal not being removed from the premises as listed in the contract. Owner refused stating that he's not charging me for the deordorizer bag and the milage to come back and forth to my home. No where on the contract does it list milage or added costs for items and services. This is not a company I would do business with again, nor would I recommend their service.

They were wonderful. I have a yearly contract with them.

They are truly great, and we love working with them. They are very responsive and always arrive on schedule, and they provide intermediate treatments at no extra charge.

I have been using them for fourteen years. Their service works. They send the same technician. I am happy with their service. It is very easy to use them.

By getting regular service from Bug-Off, the only bugs we see around the house are dead ones. In the case of the mouse traps, Ray returned to haul off the "catch," and he continued to check on us until the problem was resolved.

They also treat for seasonal bugs where the spaying is done inside and outside on a bi-monthly basis. We have used their services for 12 years. The lumber that was used to build our home was not properly treated, so we have to have on going termite protection. They provide a good service at a fair cost.

We don t make appointments and they just come once a month. I like that it s the same guy that comes every time. He knows us and our animals well and that makes us feel very comfortable. He has been coming around for 5 years now and I would recommend him to other people.

I have just a general pest contract with them and it works out great. I have never had any troubles with this company. This visit was just fine. They treated and went on their way. Initially, if you get the contract, it cost about $80 to start. Also, you can get out of the contract after the third visit. I have no complaints with this company and as of now, they seem to do just fine.

Every time these guys came out, I felt like they really never did anything. The work they did only took them about fifteen minutes. I just think their lazy and not very professional. Their prices aren't that great either.

IT'S FINE AND THEY DID WHAT I PAID FOR.
