Blue Ridge Hardwood

The company stained and refinished our hardwood floors. Within weeks of being finished the finish on the floor began wearing off very easily as well as scratching too easily. Will initially said he would come out to take a look and never showed up or contacted us. We've been trying to get in touch for well over a month now. His communication skills were very bad even before the job was done. Should have known better.

The process was as described when we met for the estimate. They came in on day one removed quarter round or shoe molding. Sanded floors and put several sample stains down for us to choose from. I called them that evening with our choice of stain. Second day they applied stain and put down finish on third day. Everything went as it was explained to us and they gave us pointers on do's and don'ts of freshly refinished wood.

Will arrived on time as he instructed he would, he also showed up with supplies and ready to work. Will was very professional and was very responsive to any questions or concerns that i had at that time. The floor went down very quickly and he was done with the time slot that he gave me. He told me it would take around two to three days and with everything that he did i was amazed at how everything turned out with the short time frame that he gave me. I would HIGHLY recommend him to my neighbors or anyone else wanting to get their floors installed or refinished.

Will was recommended by several neighbors in the development with similar problem. He responded to my call, came on time, did the whole job in a workman-like manner in less than an hour with no mess. He was personable, polite and generous with advice on a refinishing project I was planning. (He refinishes hardwood floors). His price was very reasonable.
