As always, Crystal See did an outstanding job. The crew arrived as scheduled, did a thorough professional job. The folks at Crystal See are delight to deal with. They are friendly, honest and do good work at a reasonable price.

They were great and it worked out fine. The price was good, they came here and got it all done and unlike some other jobs, they went and cleaned up around the house what they had dump from the gutters so it was done really well. There were other things to do but they cleaned the roofs and the gutters for that price.

We had an initial miscommunication about scheduling, but the owner, John, made sure we reached agreement on a time and date. The work was done efficiently and all debris was cleaned up.

I had to get the gutters cleaned as part of the closing agreement on the sale of my house. I had 2 weeks to get it done and with all the freezing weather lately it made it difficult to schedule. They assured me they would get it done as soon as it warmed up and they did. They also gave me the $99 deal even though my sq footage was outside the limits.

They were great. When they got done with my house, it looks fantastic. There were a lot of leaves on the roof and they cleaned those. There were a couple of little touch up things that I wasn’t expecting them to do and when they left, they had cleaned up everything, it was really good.

They blew the gutter material back into the islands all around the house, and even took care of my walk and part of my driveway.

He has to return for one area of my roof that was unreachable with the ladders he had with him but came back the next day. I will use him again for gutters and most likely for window cleaning in the spring.

I called the provider to ask about the deal posted on Angie's List because our home exceeded the maximum square footage on the deal. They were very helpful and agreed to clean our gutters at the discounted price. From what I can tell everything was done correctly, however the work was done when we were not at home. They told me when I called that it may be several days due to the recent weather, and I expected them to call me within a few days to schedule an appointment. However, they came and did the work while we were out one day. Normally this would not bother me, but since we had never worked with this company before and we had dogs inside the house that probably barked incessantly, I would have preferred to be there to meet them. That's why I put "N/A" for punctuality. However, I do not have complaints about the work. They made sure the driveway was nice and clean too.

Due to a glitch, I was not called about the appointment for this Angie's List Big Deal, although it was done on one of the days I had requested. Coming home from work, I noticed that the roof was clean and so realized that Crystal See had come out to to the job. In looking around the yard, I saw that my entire driveway, walkway, and deck had been blown spotlessly clean, and the shrubbery around the house was clean as well. That night it rained and I heard splashing water on the deck. When I investigated, I saw that one of the downspouts had separated from the gutter. I called company owner John Stephens, who said he would come out that weekend to reattach it, which he did. Overall, I was very pleased with the work done by this company. They were thorough and went above and beyond to leave a clean worksite. They responded promptly to resolve a problem. I will use them again and will recommend them to my neighbors.

They are excellent. They do a good job, and have a reasonable cost. I'd recommend them. You can't pay online, which would be more convenient, but it's not a huge deal.

They came and looked at the gutter and suggested that I get the gutters cleaned. The gutters are fine now. They also do pressure washing and I got a bid from them. I would use them in the future.
