So far it has been going well. the technician is knowledgeable, respectful and he shows up on time. His name is Zane and he is very friendly, he also teaches you and picks your brain about what bugs I see on a day to day basis. I get better services for less money with this company than I did with the other company I was using.

We had a number of service people come out before before the issue was solve. My contract, with them, was up. They had not sent me a bill or explained that the original contract had expired. . They came out, did an inspection, and offered me a new annual plan at $1500.00

They come on a quarterly basis and then if I have a problem they come and take care of it. They did my old house as well. Overall they are great.

I am satisfied with them. They are good.

They come out about every three months. It took them awhile to understand what day we wanted them to do it on every three months. I had to tell them what I did like and didn't like. We couldn't figure out where the sugar ants were coming from. He came out and used a straw with some sweet stuff in a straw and he said that it would take the stuff back to the nest and would kill the nest. I had never seen anything like it before.

The price is reasonable. I have a yearly contract with them. Overall, they have a B grade. I am also going to use them in the future.

They are a very good company. This is the first company I have had to treat my house and I have not seen any bugs. I did not think the technician who comes out could do it, but he did. He also treated my backyard for flies when I had an outside party and I had people mention that they did not see one fly.

We have never had a problem. We have been happy with their services. If we ever see any pests they will come out and spray as a part of our contract, which we appreciate.

I’m very pleased with them. What I really like about them is that if you see any bugs in between visits they will come back and treat again at no extra costs.

They explain what they have done; they give it to me in writing and make new suggestions. The price was comparable. There are no termites in my house. I see their truck all the time here as a lot of people use them. If for any reason I have to call them, they are right on it. They have always showed up when they said they were going to and have always called in advance. They call me the night before or at least one day before. They ask me if they can come on a certain day at a certain time and that is when they come. They are uniformed, they come in very nice trucks and their equipment is good and state-of-the-art. They update the home owners with information that they would need. So besides just giving the service, they also try to keep their customers informed. I feel that is very professional.

They are good and I’ve been using them for a long time. I would rate them high across the board and I would continue to use them in the future.

They did a good job here, and are coming back to do a feeder job for me.

They did the work with no hassle and no fuss. We have this guy, his name is Andrew. He is incredible. He goes around, turns stuff over, and searches through little cracks and crevices. I like them so much that I pay a year ahead.

They are okay. The technician is talkative. Once he comes, you can’t get rid of him. He wants to talk and I don’t want to talk. He is a nice guy. We had bugs one time and they came out right away. They seem to do a good job. It’s just the technician who irritates me. I just want him to kill the bugs and go. They do good job. I would use them in the future.

They were recommended to us by our son. We’ve lived here for 6 years and we’ve pretty much used them since. If we call them with a problem, they are incredibly responsive. They always arrive on time and as scheduled. We are now on the 2nd technician since we’ve worked with them (the other one retired), and he’s very pleasant, as is the office staff. Their product is natural. We have animals and grandchildren, so we don’t want anything toxic. Because of them, we don’t have any bugs!

They are extremely professional. They do an annual inspection of the house and look for anywhere animals can enter and exit the home and they will secure the areas and then come back until you are sure there is nothing coming in or going out. They will come when you notice signs of animals at no extra charge to you with the annual service contract. Their employees receive alot of animal training so they can distinguish what may be in the home or what was found in the home to use the proper removal.
