ARAC Roof it Forward - Georgia

I hope they did a good job on the roof. They made a mess in the yard. There was trash all over the place. Two of them we saw going out in the backyard to the wooded area and relieving themselves. We have a Koi pond and a pool and they didn't properly cover the Koi pond and they didn't cover the pool at all. So we yesterday had the pool cleaned. The fish are doing fine. They may have done a great job on the roof we won't know until it rains. The price was fine it is worth the money. They were very responsive. The were very punctual. They were here very early.

Excellent suggestion to install gutter-guards--problem solved. LOL--had to remind them to bill me! Obviously their focus is on customer service, and not making a quick buck!

They do unbelievably good work. Unfortunately, he stuck his foot through. He came through the drywall. We were so grateful that he didn't come all the way down. He caught himself. You can't tell where they patched the ceiling. They did such a perfect job. They knew what they were doing. They are nothing but professional. They did that free of charge. They did a super job with the roof repair. The price is excellent. You can't get better quality. Unfortunately, they do fall a little short on responsiveness. It's just such a hectic business. They try to schedule it so they can provide the service at the best price. They end up making commitments that they can't follow through with. Once they do it, it's top quality. Whenever they really make a firm commitment, they are here. Once they fix a date, they are here.

They did a good job. The gentleman knew what he was doing. He recommended larger gutters so the water can get carried away instead of overflowing.

Very well. They were on time, worked hard to complete the job in one day and cleaned up well after their work. The supervisor was either present or available to me by phone the entire day.

Dave Coward came to my home and went over every detail with me regarding material used, choice of tiles, color tiles available, when the job would get done and the cost. The men arrived on time, did a beautiful job roofing, cleaned up was perfect after everything was completed. Dave came by several times while the work was being done and after it was completed. I am very pleased the with the professional, yet personal, way Dave Coward handled everything. The roof has greatly improved the appearance of my home. I would highly recommend ARAC to everyone that needs any work done at their home, especially roofing.

What they could improve overall is presentation of the product. They did not show up on time and I had to recall them so first impressions were not all positive.

What I asked to be done was not completely done. Basically they did what they wanted to do, not what I asked and was willing to pay for. Cleanup could have been better. I never received a tool that was borrowed from me despite my frequent requests for its return for eight months.

I had never really noticed by roof. Until I had numerous Roofing companies knocking on my door telling me I had defective roof shingles. Atlas Chalet Shingles. Some of the salesmen were obnoxious, some salesmen were very helpful, but for various reasons I did not want to use the company they worked for. I kept putting off the huge decision to replace my roof, it stayed on my To-Do list. I just was not confident yet with anyone to replace my roof. That changed when I met Andrew Howell at Roof It Forward (also known as ARAC). He had been referred by a neighbor, I called him, we made an appointment for the following week to discuss my roof replacement. First he was on time for the appointment. As we discussed the replacement, he was patient (I asked a ton of questions), respectful, and professional. He did not pressure me into making the decision. When he left I did research on his company, and felt confident that their work would be excellent and that they would stand behind it. My decision was made. It has been 4 months since the replacement and I highly recommend Andrew and the company he is with; Roof It Forward.

Great. The roof was fixed shortly after the rain, but the ceiling work was completed today. Choosing a Contractor for Home Improvement is not a easy task for some home owners. Back in April 2016 I picked this Company after a lots of search, for three reasons: price, warranty and positive reviews. I've got a great roof and I praised them for the work they've done, but in September when we got two rounds of very heavy rain, I've got a big leak in my kitchen ceiling. I called the Company, and it was a challenging situation because it could not figure out where the water comes from, so a whole was cut in the ceiling and there it was, dripping from the roof. I contacted Justin Dover, National Manager representing this Company from day one. Justin took the lead of the situation and organized his people to fix everything. What really impressed me about Justin is his persona, his integrity, his dedication to do the right thing. To me he is a man with high values and he gain my trust. You see, there are many Companies that will promise you a lot till they got to sign up with them,but do they deliver if you run in some problems? Well this Company kept their promises and I am very happy to say that I am very confident to call them again if I need it and also recommend it to another people. This is a very high standard Company and it takes a person like Justin Dover and his team to bring it even higher. Thank you Justin and Team for everything you did for me.

Marty Leddy, Brandon Woodman and the rest of the ARAC team did an exceptional job. My new roof looks great! On time, on budget, quality installation, super clean and no surprises. Couldn’t ask for more. After working directly with me and the insurance claims adjuster to identify the storm damage, they helped select the type and color shingle for my house. They thoroughly reviewed what to expect leading up to, during and after the roof installation. Marty called to remind us when the materials would be delivered and when the crews would show up to start work. Wrapped up the installation with a thorough review of the completed project and surrounding property. All aspects of the project went exactly as promised. Even received a follow up call weeks later to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Thanks, Marty and Brandon!

I interviewed and researched 6 roofing companies. ARAC answered all my questions, provided advice, and didn't try to sell me anything beyond what I asked for. They listened to my specific request and needs, provided solutions and plans. Due to the challenge of working around extensive landscaping on all 4 sides of my home, including a water garden feed by rainwater harvested from the roof the job ARAC built in additional time to replace the roof. The materials were delivered and the work scheduled. Then a series of potential storms moved in and the work was postponed. ARAC returned to pick up the materials to ensure they were not in my way. As soon as the storms moved out, the materials were delivered again the day before the work. On the work day, a crew supervisor made sure that my water garden and landscaping was protected and the crew removed the existing room a small section at a time and cleaning up immediately. It took almost two full days for a normally one day job due to the special handling to avoid the landscaping. They left the site so clean that 3 hours after they finished my scheduled garden party took place and no one knew a roofing crew had been there that day. I appreciate the trusted partnership that I had with Andrew Howell from ARAC during the entire process and I have recommended him to my neighbors.

It was an excellent experience working with this company from start to finish. They answered all of our questions and were very prompt to respond. An A+ job all the way.

The project went great. Neal Cook at ARAC was referred to us by friends of ours, and I'm glad they did. We got our pricing via Angie's List from several companies and after meeting with Neal, we decided to go with ARAC. The work went exactly how Neal said it would and for the price given with no surprises. He even handled the insurance inspections and walked us through the paperwork. Once the job was complete Neal walked the job and even pointed out a few (minor) items (that we didn't see) that he had a crew come back an address.

ARAC Area Manager came on specified date to assess the damage on roof. ARAC set-up appointment with me and my Insurance Claims Adjuster. Insurance Claims Adjuster went over in detail what would and would not be covered under the insurance policy. The final estimate was determined and given to me by ARAC. Install date was given. The materials were delivered on the specified date. The work began/ended the next day. My neighbors commented on how there was minimal noise. I paid my out-of-pocket portion/balance/insurance liability after all work was completed and inspected by myself and the Area Manager the next day. Roof looks great! Clean-up was great. Gates were closed. Great experience all around. Highly recommended!

Todd Baraff came out with his team and they did a walk through and shared the video of the damage. He helped me work with my insurance and pick the color shingle that would look great. The Roof It Forward team was great- they showed up on-time, worked **** ** a hot summer day, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. The next day, the team came around again to look for any debris like nails for clean-up. Todd and the whole team did a great job and I am happy with my roof.

My initial contact with ARAC was in February 2016 to take advantage of the $49 Angie's roof inspection coupon that ARAC advertised with $100 in any repairs included in the final cost. Service delayed by contractor, took multiple inquiries, and most importantly, took up my valuable time. I requested that ARAC perform the approximately $900 in repairs that was quoted after the inspection but the response was again delayed significantly. After I gave an initial negative review on Angie's List, ARAC contacted me and completed the work at no cost. I was happy to receive these services at no cost, although my time cannot be recovered.

Quite honestly, this company could not have done anything better. Neal was just as kind as he could be and was very patient with me throughout the entire process. I was quite nervous to say the least but his knowledge and expertise reassured me that I indeed made the right choice. Thank you ARAC Roof It Forward! I'll be calling you in about 35 years!

The day of the installation Neal Cook introduced me to the foreman. They were professional and they cleaned up all trash. The roof was installed in 1 day. Great job, great experience...Thank you ARAC Roofing

The installation could not have gone easier or better . The company ARAC and it's Area Manager Mel Takekawa were both incredible. Mel helped us with the type and color of the shingle and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The job was completed in a day and not a spec of debris was left. The end result was even better than my wife and I expected. The house looks great. We could not have been more pleased There is no question that they performed a quality job. You cannot go wrong using them..

they were here at the crack of dawn and finished the same day, they did a great job ,cleaned up all the mess and used magnets in the yd to get any nails left behind

Great, my salesperson Neal Cook did an outstanding job inspecting the roof and helping me deal with the insurance company. I would highly recommend him and this company for all your roofing needs. The work crew was incredibly fast and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

Other than the initial inspection, it was horrible. We still do not have a date confirmed for the work and I have been more than patient. He's done nothing since Feb 10th.
