Not just because of the quality of our work, the number of accolades, and the character of our people, but because of our mission. ARAC exists to honor God through giving. Through our Roof It Forward program we have made a commitment to give back to the community a portion of every dollar that comes into the company through partnerships with local charities and other organizations that make it their mission to love and help others. We have built into our business model a responsibility to give away a portion of how God has graciously blessed us, to help those that need to be blessed. Description of Work: ARAC did an excellent job re-roofing my house. It only took them one day!! And we have a large roof that is very steep. They took care of anything that needed doing regarding contacting our homeowners insurance company and worked with us to clearly explain the roofing process.

[Member name removed], First and foremost I want to apologize for the frustration we have caused you throughout this process. Please know that it is our goal to always make sure you are 100% satisfied from start to finish regardless if we do work for you or not. Our records show that you called in on 10-24-15. As you know we called and scheduled an appt. to come and do an inspection on Tues. 10-27-15. Shortly after the inspection we gave you an estimate over the phone which was between 6500 and 7500 dollars. The thousand dollar difference was based on whether you wanted to go with V Lux skylights or a custom-made skylight out of Gwinnett. The way the skylights were placed on your roof, several squares would need to be replaced as well. As you know you asked us to see if we could come down on our price. The delay in getting back to you was because we were shopping to see if we could find a better price on the sky light which we were not able to find. Again, we do apologize for the delay and we will still honor the first quote we gave you. We will also give you an additional 5% off for not meeting your expectations.
