"What a great experience!!!!!! Michael was my tech and he was very nice and very knowledgeable about my LG washer. I had tried to fix it myself earlier in the week but with no avail, so I called Top Notch at 10:45am Wednesday and Jennifer asked if 11am-1pm was a good time for the tech to come out and I was like, do you mean tomorrow or Friday? She said no, today. WOW, now that is great service. Michael was at my home within an hour and a half or less and fixed my washer. The issue I was having was that during the spin cycle, the unit became unbalanced and so Michael looked around my washer and took the pulsator plate apart and replaced it with a new one right from his truck and my washer is not running smoothly without any issues. I would highly recommend Top Notch Appliance Repair & Service, thank you very much for arriving on time and being very professional. I will say one thing. I was taken back some on their labor charge of $219 because Michael was there a little less than an hour BUT i'm in real estate, so I understand and if $219 is what the market is charging, then that's that."
