+ -1 moreMark came when he said and was a friendly professional. I needed a deadbolt lock reinstalled in my patio gate and I had purchased a replacement, but could make it work. Mark made it work, saving me the expense of a new lock, when he could have told me he had to use one of his.

+ -1 moreMark was professional and courteous. He came out the first time and wasn't able to install the handle set I had ordered for the front door as I didn't have a solid wood door. He waived the service call, and advised me of the correct locks to purchase. When I called him the second time, he promptly came out and installed the handle set and changed out two other locks for me. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I needed the front door handle and deadbolt lock replaced, along with 2 other handles and deadbolts.
