I called on a Thursday am. Simply needed help unloading a 5 x 9 U-haul utility trailer. Didn?t call back until late am Monday (job done). This is very unusual in my experience, for Home Advisor vendors.

Adam did not follow up this am to let me know what time he would be by this afternoon. If he was not interested in coming to my home and giving me an estimate, he should have been upfront and honest. If he had called to notify me that he was unable to come due to his work schedule I would have been happy to reschedule. Unfortunately, I am can not hire Adam due to his lack of follow thru.

Adam responded very quickly He picked up, assembled & returned a piece of furniture pretty much within 48 hours ( during thanksgiving) we are very appreciative & will be happy to plan future projects with him.
