He came on time on a satuday, would trust them from now on with all appliances

Herbert was the ultimate professional from the minute I called him. We spoke in the morning and he arrived at my house that afternoon, on my schedule. I was so afraid that I would have to replace the frig, but he found that only the thermostat needed to be replaced. He was prompt, courteous and in and out in less than an hour. He also did not charge me an additional service call fee like so many other repairmen do. Not that I wish any of my other appliances to break down, but if they do I'll be sure to call Herbert!!!

Fantastic service experience! Woke up to the smell of electrical fire and smoke. Determined it was the fridge, unplugged it and started moving food to our older fridge in the garage. Found Accurate Appliance on the list and called as soon as they opened at 8am. They were able to have a technician at our house by 9am. He was very courteous and professional, and was able to diagnose and repair the unit in no time. He didn't even charge us for the service call, just the parts and labor, which were very fair. I will definately use them again, just hope no smoke at 4:30 am is involved next time!

Dryer stopped working called Accurate Appliance (Angies List). They were able to get a service tech there in a couple of hours. The technician, Clyde made the needed repair and the dryer now works fine. Great service at a very reasonable price. Will use Accurate Appliance again.

They were excellent. The Bosch service people quoted $100.00 to come out for an estimate. For a little more, Accurate came out and actually fixed the dishwasher. The cost was including a parts.

Everyone from office staff to service technician was friendly and professional. Service techs arrived within the specified time window and went straight to work. The only minor aggravation is that with some brands (like my LG dishwasher), parts aren't stocked locally, so you have to schedule two visits - one for diagnosis and one for repair. My GE oven was repaired the same day because I (a) called in with the exact model number, (b) provided detailed description of problem and (c) GE parts are readily available. Both appliances have been trouble free since the repairs. Accurate Appliance stays busy. One of the techs told me they handle the warranty work for American Home Shield Warranty program. You may have to wait a couple of days to get a technician to look at your appliance and Saturday appointments are available. Total price seemed a bit on the high side, especially when I looked up the parts prices from an online source. You definitely pay for their knowledge and expertise. But then again, I haven't had an appliance repaired in quite some time. I am happy to report that they waived the service call charge on my oven repair.

Herbert was at the house within 45 minutes of our very first phone call. That was amazing enough, but he completed the repair within 5 minutes. He said it was a bad switch on the compressor. He had the part on his truck. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the repair. EXCELLENT.

Service was very professional and courteous. Appointment was set for two days from service request. Confirmation phone call was received the day before. Technician called about 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Machine was inspected thoroughly and when no obvious cause for the odor was found, the technician offered to and did clean various parts of the machine where some lint and dirt had settled. He also made other suggestions for eliminating the odor (which did seem to help).

They were prompt, courteous, professional and charged a bit less than I expected. Great experience!

I called to schedule the repair. The receptionist was very professional during the scheduling call. First available appointment was a couple of days out, which was not a problem as we hadn't been using the freezer for several months. Repairman was scheduled to arrive within a three hour window. On the day of repair, I received a call to verify someone was available at the home. The repairman arrived within about 20 minutes of receiving that call (which was within the promised time window). The repairman (Herbert) was very professional and personable. He's been working for this company for over 18 years. He assessed the freezer and originally suspected the compressor. Through troubleshooting, he determined that on overload switch was causing the compressor to not function properly. Upon replacing the switch, the compressor (and freezer) were returned to normal working order. Total repair visit time was about 45 minutes. The freezer has been fully operational for two weeks at the time of this report.

Maintenance man took apart freezer section in order to defrost ice, which had coated coils due to ice maker failure. Work was done in a professional manner. Unfortunately, main office was not as responsive when follow up calls were made to get part number on water value that needed to be repaired.

Beyond expectations. My sister needed immediate assistance with her freezer (refrig/freezer appliance) that stopped working and all food was defrosting. On Friday of Labor Day weekend, I referred her to Accurate Appliance whose work I had been thrilled with from prior Angie's List search. Herbert worked the emergency request in his holiday schedule and not only completed the repair at a very reasonable price, but was responsive and a wonderful professional to do business with.

It was fine. They were prompt and they did everything. I read the reviews and went by what I liked in the reviews to make my decision.

They were very helpful and it was a reasonable price. They came to do the estimate and had to order the part. They came out the following week and took 15 mins for the job. They were very easy to work with and I would use them again in the future.

They were on time, very professional, and did a great job! I was charged a very fair price, and I will definitely use them again, when I need this type of service.

They were very prompt. I had called because the refrigerator was getting warm. It was a Saturday and they initially said it would be 2 days. I called back and asked if there was anyway they could come out sooner and someone was here within 15 minutes.

They are very reasonable, and I am happy with the price. I really like that when he came he is a people person and is the type you can sit down with and talk to. He is very polite and answered all of my questions. I like the work he did and he really knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend him, he does very good work and is such a nice man.

I called the service company to repair our washing machine which did not drain water well. Herbert replace a part which was not the main cause of this particular problem. Obviously, we ran the machine the next day and saw no difference. We called him back and this time he came and discovered that the drain hose had been pinched behind the machine preventing water from being drained out. He tried to convince me that he had fixed the main problem and the pipe was another problem. He did not even want to complete the job. He did a temporary fix and improvised the hose connection at my request. I bought the hose and installed it myself and fixed the problem. I give him the benefit of the doubt that he had to repair the second problem, but we called for a different problem. I believe he should have checked the pipe the first day, or at least take the responsibility of his misdiagnosis and complete the job at no additional charge.

I was just impressed with the sincerity of the woman that set up the appointment time & how she called again to say that he was on his way. I was also very impressed with the cautious & honest work that the technician Clyde did for me. I had all but resigned myself to having to replace the washer & it was a pleasant surprise that he was able to fix it (it is a very old & harshly used washer). He left the area as clean as if he had never been there & was so sweet that I just had to put in a report.

My highest compliments to Accurate Service Co. and to technicians Clyde & Herbert. It required two service visits (& only one service fee). Both arrived on time as promised. Prior to service, the freezer would not cool to less than 18 degrees F. It is now holding at -8 degrees F. Clyde and Herbert were both courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Herbert even took the time to call the manufacturer to inquire if the unit was still under warranty (unfortunately, it wasnt). Herbert stayed approximately two hours after he finished servicing the unit to make sure it was operating properly. If the need arose, I would definitely call Accurate Service again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

He was not slow at all, and knew exactly what he was doing. Ive never met anyone nicer, and he had it all taken apart and put back together in about a half an hour. I will never use another appliance service ever again. They were amazing. I was so impressed; its very seldom that you run across anybody who is as nice as he was. I even called the office to tell them he knows what hes doing and is exceptionally nice. I would recommend them to anybody. A+!

Came out on Saturday within 2 hours of call. No premium charge. Herbert was very professional and followed through to make sure it was repaired properly.

Appointment was quickly scheduled and repairman was prompt and professional. He had to order a new fuse, but had my oven working until the part arrived (thank goodness since it was the holidays). Great experience.
