Description of Work: Herbert was prompt with the appointment. He repaired both leaking clothes washer and Refrigerator Ice Maker. He did have to order parts and come back on a second day which he was prompt about Both appliances were repaired successfully. Herbert was very pleasant person to work with.

Description of Work: Excellent communication. Tech contacted me to get model info on stove and proactivly ordered a computer board thinking that might be the issue on my stove. it turned out to be a chewed through power cord and that repair is what he charged me for. Would def recommend them.

Description of Work: Repaired ice maker in french door samsung refrigerator. When the wrong part was given to him, he came back the next day and did not charge a service fee for the first visit. Kept in constant contact with us via phone to give us updates. Absolutely would use again.
