'58 Foundations & Waterproofing

This took place in 1996. The job was warranted to be free of standing water for the life of my home, regardless of ownership. My crawl space has never flooded since then, no matter how much or hard it rains! It has been quite a relief. They did an excellent job.

Sorry it's been maybe 2-3 years ago and I'm having no problems with moisture in the basement.

They put a trench all the way around my basement with spurs to the interior to capture the water that was seeping in. the then put a vapor barrier on the wall to capture any water that might leak in through the walls. They were very professional and the basement has not leaked since.

That was over seven years ago and the basement has never leaked again. It was noisy with the jack hammers when the workers were building the trench, but it was worth the noise not to have 2-3 inches of water on the floor.

We had a persistent water problem in our crawl space after our house was built. I remember my horror when I looked under the house and saw more than a foot of water just sloshing away under there. Our contractor pumped out the water, put in French drains and even installed some sort of physical barrier underground between the house and the hill next to it, all to no avail. My husband did some research and called B-Dry. Their system fixed the problem completely. We had to pay for it ourselves; the contractor had washed his hands of us. It was expensive but TOTALLY WORTH IT. It has been more than ten years since B-Dry installed our system, and the crawl space is still dry. I give B-Dry my highest recommendation.

Everything went smoothly and they offered fair pricing. For the kind of the work they performed, they were as professional as they needed to be. The foundation has been dry as a bone every since. I would recommend them based on the work they performed at that time.

The sales person seemed very knowledgeable and was fair and reasonable. They estimate was provided in the time frame they indicated it would be.

The basement has been dry since. The price, for what we got was reasonable and the service came with a lifetime guarantee. The process went smoothly with the company. It worked great and we are thrilled with the results.

They were quite professional. They were punctual and they cleaned up well after themselves. I thought the prices were a little on the high end. They had good communication and explained things well to me. I would not likely use them again in the future because they didn’t completely solve the problem.

They price seemed reasonable. They were polite, courteous and on-time. They seemed knowledgeable with this repair.

B-Dry Waterproofing and Foundation Repair were pretty professional, on time, they were pretty straightforward. They tended to bad mouth the competition a little bit and they tried to get into how much do you want to spend per month. They were kind of it is what it is with their estimate. They were a little more upfront about what I needed but they were trying to sell me some things I didn't need. They did give suggestions where to cut corners on the price. It wasn't near as pressure packed as their competitor.

The service turned out well. They did the service fine but forgot to leave a receipt. I called them back a number of times and was never able to get the receipt. But the work was done well and promptly it was just the follow-up is what I was disappointed with.

They gave us a lifetime warranty on the work. I never had any problems until the day power went out and the sump pump didn't work. They had to cut up the concrete floor and it created a huge mess. There was lots of dust and everything but they did their best to contain that because they hung plastic up everywhere. It's that fine powdery dust and it's still got everywhere. I thought that they did a great job minimizing the mess. The basement looked great compared to what it had looked before. We had tried that paint stuff where you just paint the cinder blocks so that the water doesn't come through and that didn't work. We also got a couple of other estimates and they wanted to like dig up our whole yard. B-Dry was the first one I tried that said they will just dig up the channel around the room, put the sump pump and pump out the water. They were cheaper than digging out the entire yard and they also had a lifetime warranty for their work. They came out to my house and gave me an estimate. They talked to me about their materials they would use and stuff like that.

Their price was best that I found available. They did the work and left. What they did seems to have worked. They should improve on follow up. There is no problem but I needed to contact them once. I didn’t get a response from them. I would recommend them for the work they did. I wouldn’t recommend them for an on going relationship. They were punctual. I would probably use them in the future.

It was not a god experience with them. So far the basement is dry. Their crew was careless. They never finished the work. They left a fan and a vent pipe uninstalled as Valentines Day was on Friday and they wanted to be off. They were rushing. I wouldn?t recommend hiring them if any holiday is coming up soon. The price was very expensive. We had a hard time getting any management to come out and look at the problem.

Due to terrible flooding in our area, it took them awhile to work me into their schedule. However, once I got on the schedule, everything went fast. They showed up when they said they would. They were extremely professional. They covered everything in plastic before beginning...to cut down on the dust collecting on everything. Their work had a very finished and professional look to it. They delivered exactly what they said they would.

They were excellent. They were very responsive and punctual. The crew was polite and professional. They answered all of my questions. I had a warranty for as long as the house is standing, and when I lost my copy of it, they brought another one out right away. They followed up after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied.

B-Dry was very professional and friendly. They arrived right on time and did fantastic work, the basement is leak proof. I also like they have a lifetime guarantee so I have no future worries of leaks.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. THEY DIDN'T GET IN OUR WAY. THEY PROTECTED THE BASEMENT SO NONE OF THE DIRT OR THINGS WOULD GET INTO THE REST OF THE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN.

IT WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE. THEY CAME, AND THEY PUT THE SYSTEM IN. IT WAS COMPLETELY UNEVENTFUL. THEY CLEANED UP THE SITE, AND THEY LEFT.

THE PERSONNEL WERE FABULOUS. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME, AND FINISHED ON TIME. THEY HAD 2 CREWS. WHEN ONE CREW FINISHED THE OTHER CREW WAS RIGHT THERE. THEY CALLED TO FOLLOW UP, TO SEE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS, AND THE MANAGER ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND. I GOT A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE JOB. THE WARRANTY IS TRANSFERABLE.
