I purchased a waterproofing deal on Angie's List for waterproofing my basement. I cannot say that B-Dry is a professional company. When he came to my house, I was out and I told him I would be home in about 5 minutes. I said he could look at the basement while he was waiting for me to get home. He looked through my screen door into my basement from outside the house. He called me back and told me that I didn't need the work that was with the deal. I asked him how he knew that I didn't need the work when he didn't even step foot into my house and only saw it from outside. I told him I would be home in 5 minutes but by the time I got home he was gone. I called him and asked what I could do about the $100 I spent on the deal. He said that he knew a guy that would be able to do the work and he would get the money. B-Dry said they would get a hold of this man that they said would do the work but I never heard anything. B-Dry did not even start the work, they didn't even go into my house to look at my basement, which is not very well lit, to see if they could do the work or not.

I spent the last 2 months researching and getting estimates from just about every waterproofing company known to mankind. Besides price, I was looking for a company that would provide a warranty that could be transferred if I decided to sell my home. When I decide to go with B-dry, Holly, the scheduler, worked with me to get me on the calendar within days. She even called me back to say she had a cancellation, and gave me the option of having the work done today or Wednesday. Considering the fact that I spent the past 4 months out of 6 months of owning this home dealing with basement flooding, I decided to have the system installed today. Boy am I glad i did! Chris and the crew arrived around 9 A.M. this morning, and immediately got started digging up the perimeter of my basement floor. They worked until 6 PM, stopping to answer my questions when needed. After they finished, the guys cleaned up behind themselves and left my basement looking better than they found it. The 3 inches of water that was there when they came had been carried out by the newly-installed sump pump; and the damp smell that had taken over my basement these past few months was finally gone. We are expecting more rain on Thursday, so that will be the real test, but my basement was leaking even though it wasn't raining. So if B-dry managed to solve this issue, I am confident it will handle the rains. Now I have peace of mind knowing that my basement will be as dry as the rest of my house; and if for some reason it isn't, I have the security of knowing B-dry will come back and make it right-for as long as this house is standing. You can't beat that!

The work was to be performed on Friday, 2/5 'sometime between 12-2'. I had been told by the sales person, Bill, that the job should take between 1 - 1 1/2 hours. I rearranged my work schedule to be home that afternoon. On the afternoon of 2/4, I received a call from Holly saying they could not come 2/5 and asked if they could come Saturday 2/6 'sometime between 8-10'. I told her I had an appointment at 11AM so it would only work if they could come close to 0800 as 'I must walk out the door at 1030'. This was agreed to. On Saturday 2/6 at 0830, I called the office when no one had come or called. I received an outgoing message that the office was closed and to call back on Monday. I called the salesperson, Bill, as his cell number was the only one I had. Bill answered and said he would see what he could do. At 0900, I called Bill again when no one had come or called. Bill was very surprised that I had not heard from anyone. A truck pulled in the driveway while we were on the phone. Matt had arrived. When Matt looked at the crack in the basement wall he said that he would be here 'several hours'. I was shocked! I relayed the information that I had been given (job could be completed in 1 - 1 1/2 hours). He said, 'that's not possible'. I also relayed that I had to leave at 1030 and only agreed to that day with the agreement that someone would arrive close to 0800. It was clear he did not know anything about my need to leave at 1030 and stated, '9 is the earliest I could possibly get here'. Matt finished the job at 1030. As I drove to my appointment, I couldn't help but wonder how the job was finished in 90 minutes when 'that's not possible'. I had to consider the possiblity that corners were cut to meet my timeline. I voiced this concern to Bill and he offered to have the Operations Manager, Brady, call me the following week. Brady called me on Thursday 2/11. He explained that Matt used a heating device to expedite the curing process and assured me the job was done properly. He also asked that I keep his cell number and call him directly if I had any problems. I appreciated Bill and Brady's follow-up. I rated my overall experience a 'C' as it is obvious there are communication gaps within the company. I will not feel comfortable recommending BDRY because there is no way for me to know whether my experience with the company is typical or atypical.

I was impressed with how thoroughly he reviewed the structure in the basement for ground water problems versus surface water finding its way in.

Mike arrived early and was exceptionally professional - his delivery and demeanor were top-notch. We spent roughly an hour together and the session culminated in a presentation of solutions for my problem.

I contacted B-Dry to schedule an appt. to discuss waterproofing my crawlspace. I am somewhat speechless over my encounter with B-Dry. First I had to wait almost 10 minutes on hold before I got to an agent to schedule the appt. Then when I did get someone I was told the next available appt. is December 1st -almost four weeks away. When I questioned why the agent got very defensive and told me that was all she had and I could take it or leave it. Needless to say I left it. I have no desire to work with a company that has such rude customer service personnel nor do I want to deal with a company that has such limited resources that you have to wait almost a month to get an estimate. I mean if the wait time for an estimate is a month...who knows how long the wait is to get scheduled for the work or get someone back out to correct an issue...two, maybe three months... that's crazy!.

Things turned out very well with the work done by B-Dry Waterproofing and Foundation Repair. Our experience with them was very good. From the first guy who came out to the guy who did the work, they were all very professional and friendly is what made it such a great experience.

It was good. I kept telling them it was a minor leak and they put in a 20 gallon tank when a 1 gallon tank would have been completely adequate. It helped the problem but it was overkill. I called them and they said they wanted to make sure they had more than enough. They did a good job. They came when they said they would.

They are great. I have never had any problems. They are very neat and I couldn't tell that they had been here. Their work has a lifetime guarantee. They were more than reasonable and extremely competitive. I highly recommend them and have used them 2 times.

B-Dry was outstanding from start to finish. When we first contacted them, they sent a representative out to look at the problem, and he was very thorough. He explained things completely to my wife and me. He also did not try to sell us more than what we needed. Other companies wanted to do the waterproofing treatment completely around the basement, when the water was just coming in at one location. He said all we needed to do was two sides, and we could then do more later if absolutely necessary. When we decided to go with B-Dry, their sales representative (Brett) was very helpful. He worked with us to provide a further discount. And then, when there was somewhat of a misunderstanding about the work to be done, and an adjustment in the work, Brett was very good about getting things changed in a satisfactory way. The work crew came out on schedule and were all very courteous, especially the foreman Rob Turner. They covered everything in the basement with tarp to prevent concrete dust from getting on our stuff, and even covered the bottom of the basement stairway to keep dust from going upstairs. They explained what they were doing and when they were finished they explained what would happen next (things like how the concrete would cure). They thoroughly cleaned up their work when they were finished and Rob made sure we were satisfied before he left. Hopefully we will not need them again, but I highly recommend B-Dry for others - top rating!

I was worried that this was not enough support for our two story house and we might have leakage through the exposed earth on the sides. B-Dry explained that it looked like they had dug the basement too long and used a short cut rather than fill in the concrete blocks. The work had to be done by climbing through a small door high on the wall and was about $2000. I went on and contracted the work. A builder who showed up later gave an estimate $700 less but he had taken longer to get to us and I have no idea how good his work would have been. B-Dry did a very good job on the work and said their work was warranted. That was where my problem came in. They left without giving me a receipt or a warranty. I called repeatedly and was told the paperwork was being sent to me. It never was. They also acted like they were not sure they had said anything about a warranty. I have not had any problems with their work but if I did I feel sure I would not be able to get them to respond since I couldn't even get them to send me a receipt. I would NOT use them again.

They did a great job. They were very courteous and professional. They did what they said they would do. I highly recommend them.

B-Dry was very punctual and professional during the estimate. The gentleman who was performing the estimate was actually from their Tennessee office, as they had a significant increase in demand due to the recent flooding / rains in GA. I was told that I would need to let the area dry out some prior to work being done, which thankfully - it did not rain significantly enough to flood. They came back on the day they were scheduled, but unlike in our estimate call - was presented with a different foreman. Despite his age, he was knowledgeable and did great work. The only issue I had was they modified the plans we discussed without discussing with me first. They had good reason for doing so, but would have been nice to have had it ran past me first. Again, due to the moisture (exposed dirt crawlspace) -- they had to come out a second time once everything had dried out some to do the encapsulation, and run the line for the sump pump to evacuate any water. Yes I would use them again. I would shop around due to cost, but I know they will get the job done in an efficient, effective, and professional manner -- so would not hesitate to call them again if I had a need and the cost was manageable.

It was done beautifully. They were very professional and came right away. It was a fairly extensive job. It had worn away some of the wall and they took care of it.

I had two providers out, including B-Dry. What B-Dry said made much more sense based on what we could see. Clearly, they were not trying to dupe us, as they gave suggestions and literally didn't make a dollar on the visit. I really appreciated the honesty. The other provider had a prescribed package approach in which they clearly wanted to sell their waterproofing system and their reasoning wasn't making sense. Definitely very happy with B-Dry and I will use them again.

Work was done without a problem and have not had an issue since.

The work they did was good. However, after the installer put the panels in he told me that putting silicone around the main water line coming into the house would have fix the problem. Not sure if that would have been a permanent fix or not.

Did an excellent job of waterproofing our leaking basement wall. During heavy rains one of our basement walls leaked a river of water. Never had another leak since completion of their work even after a number of years and many heavy rains.

Total Price $9,000. This was well done, though moderately extensive. The unfortunate part was that I had to get another contractor and spend an additional $8,000 thereafter to put everything back together again, the way it was initially. Although I cannot say I was ever misled, the magnitude of this rebuilding was never clearly addressed up front. Had they the interest and ability to finish the job completely, I would have spent less time, less energy and less money. My advice is to award your contract to someone who will not only install their waterproofing system, but also will put your basement back together again, the way it was, for a defined price and in a designated time-frame. Live and learn.

Over twenty years ago, we had a problem with water in our basement. We had several contractors bid to put in french drains, etc. All of these were in the tens of thousands of dollars. I'm not sure how we were referred to B-Dry, but we contacted them. They came and provided us a quote and explained what they would do. They did it and we have had a dry basement since then. The warranty is for the house and is transferable to a new owner when we sell the house, even if it's 100 years from now.

They are very good. I have used them I guess almost eight years almost nine years ago. They installed a drain and they fixed the pump in the basement – its work on and I have no problem in my basement. They did a good job and have continued to work to this day. Honestly, I have good experience with this people I am telling you.
