Description of Work: They came out to find a problem for my mom and were very courteous - even sending her a packet with a picture of the technician that would show up so she would recognize him. They have given her a reasonable price for work that needs to be done and guarantee the work for life! Very satisfied with them and their treatment of her.

Description of Work: Fast, generally good experience. I had to do some unexpected ckean-up, they left cement dust piled on my garage door that I cleaned (didn't ask them, didn't notice until after they were gone).

Description of Work: Waterproofed entire crawl area, dug drainage ditches with gravel around inside crawl area then jack hammered concrete around outside of basement floor to install drainage to a sump pump they installed. They re-poured the concrete on the floors and waterproofed the basement walls with a special membrane. Then they installed a dehumidifier in the crawl area to keep the humidity down. They did a wonderful job--it allowed us to finish the basement without worrying about it flooding. The sump pump works great and takes any water that can possibly penetrate the foundation and flushes it out. We now feel confident that our basement will stay dry. Thanks B-Dry.

Description of Work: Had the whole basement waterproofed with gravity drains. Took 3 days as promised. Workers were polite and efficient. Chose this route for when we finish the basement because the work has a warranty that is for the life of the house and can be transferred when/ if we sell.

Description of Work: They did the work about 15 years ago, so details are sketchy. We had drought years after that, but the recent wet years made whatever money I spent well worth it. Lots of water pumped out of my basement that would otherwise have flooded it.

Description of Work: After a very easy and prompt process of setting up a time to meet, the actual problem we had needed to be fixed by a different type of provider. B-Dry recommended another contractor who was also prompt, responsive and effective. So pleased. Would happily use B-Dry in the future.

This system solves the problem and has lifetime warranty and transfers if you sell your home. This is the only company I would recommend to family and friends. Description of Work: Everything went well and seems to be operating well. The Blue Canyon system has already improved the air quality in the house. It is noisier than I would like, but the air we breathe is fresher. We still haven't had a big rainstorm to evaluate the pump system and see what happens when the water table rises. That will come soon. In the meantime things are going well.
