We hired Dan to do a job several weeks ago, during which he was professional, did some good work, and treated us as valued clients. He caused an issue in our home, but he promptly dropped everything he was doing to run and get parts to fix the issue. Naturally, we wanted to hire him again for another job. During this job, however, his quality was "meh" at best (he got paint in our carpets, left some spots unfinished, and he broke a light fixture). He gave us a good deal on the work, but obviously rushed through it and it shows. He assured us he would take care of the light fixture electrical issue but never got back to us. He refused to take our calls, he read our texts but never responded, and completely denied responsibility for an issue that he had caused. For this reason, I would never hire him again, nor can I recommend him to anyone else.

Paint job was ok. Got paint in carpet and on a wall. Broke fixture in my house. Owner admitted that it was fine when he arrived and would have it taken care of. Was supposed to reach out with date and time never did. We had to reach out. Wouldn't pick up when we called from our numbers. Then back tracked saying he didn't feel he should have to fix it or pay to have it done. Finally got in touch and said they'd be out to fix Friday. Never responded to when and never called or showed. Very unprofessional. When you break something at a client's house and say you're going to take care of it you do it.
