The repair failed after a week.Cesar didn't warranty his work after assuring me he was a man of his word.Once he cashed my check he stopped returning my calls. Beware he seems like another hit and run repair man with a truck.

poor communication, but he knows what he is doing. Took a while to finish this job. It's an issue how long this little project is taking just because the guy who has done half the project, because of miscommunication.
