They were very quick and installed the roof in a very timely manner and they were very professional and polite.

Charmaine's team cleaned every part of the main living areas & kitchen, and had the house clean and sanitized when we returned from the hospital. Her team was thorough and professional. Will definitely use again!

They did a very poor job. $1100 for a "deep clean" should include cleaning floor tile grout, polishing cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms and built -in bookshelves. None of this was done. Unfortunately, we had already moved into our new house in another state and did not see the poor job until we were back in town a few weeks later. We did do some of the cleaning ourselves at that time and took before and after pictures. (I would post them here, but it does not look like there is a way to do it on this forum.) Clearly, these folks do not know the difference between cleaning and just wiping things down! We spoke to C&C about our dissatisfaction with their work and the only offer we were received was a credit for a future cleaning. Given we no longer live in the state. This is useless to us. Would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!!!

I've never hired a housekeeping team before, but I was recently ill for a long period and wanted a nice deep clean to start the new year. Cand C sent over a four-person team to deep clean my kitchen and bathroom. They did so much in one hour! I'm amazed. $150 isn't cheap for me, but it was well worth the price for the service. In addition to all the expected cleaning, they emptied my trash, wiped down the baseboards, even wiped off my spice jars and arranged them neatly! The only hiccup was that one of the cleaners dropped my husband's cologne and broke the bottle. However, they told me about immediately and said that if I'd mail the receipt for a new bottle to the company, they would reimburse me, so I'm pleased. Accidents can always happen, but I like that they were honest and prompt in fixing the issue. Overall, very happy with their services, and I would hire them again!

It was great. They worked the whole time. They were polite and did what my wife told them to do.

Charmaine's team is very thorough in their work, and will transform any space (from extremely dirty to very messy)in a matter of hours. Although the price is high relative to getting other companies or individuals, the results justify the expense: C and C are reliable, trustworthy, discreet, detail-oriented and willing to follow specific needs/instructions to the letter. They turn up on time, don't waste any time getting done (actually they are like a whirlwind of efficiency and energy), and are responsive to feedback or willing to do follow up visits as required. I have a living room floor that is especially difficult to wash and wax, and they got the job very well. It's a joy to come home and find C and C have done everything right and the place is sparkling. I have used C and C personally on several occasions for house-cleaning but I have also seen the miracle work they have done in various rentals for a property manager, who uses this company all the time.
