+ -1 moreThe Jones & Jones plumber (Daniel) arrived at the appointed time, and was professional and thorough throughout the entire visit. The problem was identified and confirmed rather quickly, which led to a prompt repair. At all points through the visit, the plumber kept me informed of what he was doing, and what solution he recommended Daniel was a well spoken and courteous young man who seemed very knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. He presented me with the projected cost and cleaned up after himself when finished. I would not hesitate to call Jones & Jones Plumbing again or recommend them to others.
Description of Work: I had a leak in an upstairs bathroom that was leaking into our kitchen below and needed to be located and repaired

They gave me a fair price and did an exceptional job. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished and it looked like they were never there.
Description of Work: Needed valves to be changed out for our new dish washer because plastic balances would not work.
