Description of Work: Todd has completed several projects both for me personally, my neighbors, and for my homeowner's association. Projects have ranged from fence repairs, to window/door replacements, to a thirty-three building wood rot replacement project totaling over $20,000. All works has been completed quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. Any items which did require further attention, were fixed promptly and without any additional charge.
