We were very delayed in our project due to bouts of rain and freezing temperatures. Stacey kept me informed, providing me with his personal cell to help me stay on top of the projects commencement. Since I was not his only customer (being that this project was an HOA venture), he met with concerned homeowners and took the time to put everyone involved at ease. I would not have located him without your website.

Installed a concrete retaining wall in 1st phase. Later returned and faced the wall with rock and topped with flag stone. Also repair a flagstone patio. Stacey, Brian and crew did a great job....brought the project in on budget, scope, and on time. Excellent work, I highly recommend.

It was important that my project stay within budget and Stacey made sure that we did. Stacey and his team responded quickly to my inquiries and worked with me when changes needed to made. I had a large concrete patio installed with brick sitting wall. It turned out great and I absolutely love it!

The initial work was some concrete walkway and brick step repair, to be followed in the spring with some landscaping. The work was done on-time and properly. The crew was friendly and did the job correctly, even when I wasn't looking. They didn't cut corners and went above and beyond to do it right and make me happy. I would highly recommend them!

Contractor installed a quality system at a fair price. I am very happy with the final result. In retrospect, I would have specified the type of grass to be replanted on top of the lines and I would have worked with the contractor to identify the exact locations for the lines prior to installation.

As with some of the previous reviews, I was contacted the evening before to review my needs. Stacey promptly arrived just prior to the appointment time. Although I could have been easily upsold, Stacey informed me that my sprinkler system was just fine and in fact said "Don't let anyone tell you to replace your system; it works fine." For an extermely reasonable price, he then adjusted my sprinkler heads to adjust the coverage (some needed turning down, others up, direction adjusted) and then made one recommendation if I really wanted to improve the coverage. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!!!

I'd had a terrible experience with another vendor and was just looking to get my project (sod installation) completed for a reasonable price. Submitted a request on ServiceMagic and within 30 minutes, had a text message from Stacy at Creative to get more information. We corresponded over email until nearly 10pm while he got all of the information he needed. Stacy provided excellent advice and the sod (two pallets of zoysia grass) were installed yesterday and look great. Would definitely recommend to other prospective clients.

Everything was beautiful! Just wish they had another office so I could use year-round. Everybody loved the yard and wanted to use the same service.

I had my sprinkler heads fixed about a week ago and I noticed yesterday that one of the heads that was replaced broke again. I called yesterday and was told someone would call me back. Well, here it is today and no one called! Forget it! I won't bother with this company. I'll try to fix it myself.
