Competitive price. Mostly reliable customer service. Below average grading of my yard prior to installing sod, but a decent job overall.

Stacey was professional and did a terrific job of diagnosing the problem with my sprinkler system. He identified quickly what the problem was and came prepared a few days later, when we had the appointment scheduled, to complete the repair. His costs were very much in line with what I was expecting. I would highly recommend him.

The grading was poorly done, our yard is not level. Hard to mow the grass and we have a lot of gaps in sod. The job was not professional. Still waiting on yard to be finish. He was suppose to come back and redo some area where the sod was not laid right the first time. He is not returning our call now. We were never given a written warranty just verbal warranty and now there is no reponse.

They did a good job. The yard and edging were simply perfect. The mulch and plants were good. Mr. Dillard is very friendly and explains his services well. I am definitely pleased with their work.

They did a good job at a very fair price. They were able to lower the cost without affecting the service. They pretty much came when they said they would, and finished on time. There was a slight miscalculation on how much sod they needed, but they remidied that in a couple of days and completed the work. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, and they did everything we asked. They cleaned up when they were finished and left us satisfied.

I hired Creative Outdoor to: 1. Install a Stamped Concrete Patio. 2. Install a graduated brick wall around the gardens and shrubs at my home. 3. Plant 2 Yucca Plants. They promptly set up an appointment for my estimate. I was able to easily discuss the best methods for the projects that I wanted. They were on time for the estimate and started work per our agreed date. During the project I requested a modification, they were able to accommodate my request and still completed the projects on time. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, I now have a beautiful patio and a graduated wall around my garden that my neighbors envy.

Stacey and his crew are very professional, courteous, and competitively priced. I most definitely plan to use Creative Outdoor Design for future projects.
