He did exactly what we agreed on and exactly when he said he would. I am ver y happy with the whole expirense.

The set up was a little different than what I wanted. Mr. Robertson was very nice. How there was really no clean up. Still trying to get rid of all the gravel that was put around the grass and cement splashed all over the back of the house.

Lynn was extremely thoughtful and meticulous. He followed up with us on every detail and was very professional. He recommended solutions for drainage that we didn't think about and was very easy to get in touch with. The concrete pool patio in our back yard and our new front stoop are perfect and have added a lot of value to our home. Lynn strives to make his customers happy and we would definitely recommend him!

Lynn Robertson is very knowledgable about concrete forms, drainage, step rise and runs. He was extremely communicative during the whole project, which was much appreciated so that we knew exactly what his crew had accomplished everyday, and what would happen next. The site was cleaned up everyday, and he gave an honest, fair estimate. 9/8/09 Oops - we just got a mechanics lien on our home because the concrete company was not paid - changing our opinion to not use this contractor again!

Lynn came and gave me a bid in writing at the time appointed. He followed up with me - made suggestions on how to improve the quality of the installation. His crew arrived as scheduled - completed the project professionally - an left the site in an acceptable condition. The driveway has gotten comments from neighbors on how great it looks and Lynn contoured it so that water ran to the center and down to the gutter. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done.
