+ -1 moreDidn't keep deadlines. Made numerous excuses when asked why it was taking so long to have the generator installed. Generator paid for but provider wanted 5K more from us before they would release it to us when we had to find someone else to install it. They left numerous holes in our brick and foundation and never came back to fill them. We had to pay for the permit so that wouldn't be used as another excuse. And when we asked to speak with the owner of the company they wouldn't give us the number and laughed when we told them we would be taking them to court to get this resolved. They are not BBB accredited. Very, very poor customer service.
Description of Work: Supposed to install a generator, but didnt.

+ -1 moreThe installation team showed up on time. The 2 man crew had the generator installed and running within 4 hours. They also offer great deals on service and routine maintenance.

+ -1 moreThey have always serviced & repaired the units in a very timely & professional manor. In all the years I have used APS they have never given me one reason to lodge a complaint. They have always been trustworthy, friendly & Very prompt.
Description of Work: The last contact was the annual Ser. Call. I have used APS for approximately 17 yrs. They have installed & serviced 4 generators for me. A 125 KW & a185 KW for my employer's home & a smaller 15 KW for his mountain home & a 15 KW for my home.They have always serviced & repaired the units in a very timely & professional manor. In all the years I have used APS they have never given me one reason to lodge a complaint. They have always been trustworthy, friendly & Very prompt.
