Ken completed the work more quickly than I expected he would, and he did a great job! The dishwasher is up and running now, and making my life so much easier. (No more hand washing each and every dish!) I used the Angie's List coupon and saved $37.

Reeves performed the work as specified. We had a misunderstanding as to the details of one section of the job specifically about the direction of one of the drains going to ground. Reeves corrected it according to our specifications the very next day. We are very satisfied with their work and feel that they are a reliable gutter installer and repair company. My first experience with Reeves was cleaning and maintenance of the gutters on my commercial building. They did an excellent job there as well, including more securely attaching a gutter that had come loose and replacing one that was damaged by a falling tree! Overall I would rate Reeves' work as excellent and durable, the service as reliable, the prices as good (and consistent with the estimate, which is thoughtfully prepared with no surprises!) I would always hire this company for gutter replacement, installation, and repairs!

Ken did a great job! It has held up very well over the last few years and has become a fantastic place for my husband and I to relax. Would definitely hire again!

He declined completing the ceiling after completing 50% and waived 1/2 of the cost of that part of the job as it was too complicated or under estimated for him. His work was not done as well as I would have expected on the plywood install in the garage. There were gaps I pointed out while he was still there that he nailed trim up for but several more areas missed that have been pointed out to me by family. My toilet kept running and leaking after he had to remove it to lay bathroom floor. I did not realize it was also leaking and thought it was a simple float fix in the tank and did not contact him for 11 days. He got ugly and became very sensitive when I suggested it was a result of his removing and resetting the toilet. However it was fine prior. I called a plumber in to fix it as at that point I did not want him to return to my property with an attitude. It was a result of loose screws under the tank where my plumber said sometimes will loosen when removing a toilet and putting any pressure on the tank where it attaches to the bowl.

On-time, On-budget, excellent quality, great guy to work with and who does what he promises.. nothing else to say.

Ken did a great job painting the trim around my roof. He answered promptly, showed up on time and communicated well. He did not try to price gouge me and stuck to the price he quoted. Will definitely use him again.

SUPER GREAT!! Signed up with Angie's List, located Ken with" Another Man Home Repair," under the Handymen category submitted a laundry list of what all we needed done in & around our home in Monroe, selected the three dates/times we'd be available to schedule his services & within THIRTY MINUTES Ken replied!! Was immediately impressed by his professionalism & promptness! The "icing on the cake" was he'd stated that if we'd send him our address he could come out the NEXT DAY!! Jumping at this opportunity, answered his message as soon as I saw it! Have to admit, after a horrible experience a few years ago with a private contractor, (NOT through Angie's List!) the thought crossed my mind that "I'll believe it when I see the whites of his eyes" & "it sounds too good to be true" skepticism. Not only was Ken ON TIME, he was 15 minutes early the very next morning! He's already earned boo-coup brownie points in my book & his firm handshake when we introduced ourselves spoke volumes!! After engaging in a few pleasantries, he went right to work looking at what & how much materials he'd need to take care of the larger, more time consuming projects while exchanging his ideas on how it could be done / what to expect & taking notes as we talked. Ken gave us an approximate cost for the lean-to & laundry cabinet shelves stating he'd email us a firm price once he had material costs. He gave us a firm & very fair quote to assemble the 8'x8' hardtop gazebo. After that, he took care of a host of little projects that have for soooooo long needed to be done!! Words don't do justice in explaining how VERY pleased & grateful I am for all his work yesterday!! It HAS to be said that Ken went above & beyond the call of duty because he'd originally planned to give himself the day off "just in case" he wasn't feeling well after having had oral surgery the DAY BEFORE!! Oh my goodness!! He should've been home on the couch, taking it easy!! Not Ken! Here he was hard at work!! Not only did he do a GREAT job, he's very personable, very friendly & he listens!! That's a LOT to be said of his character!!He quoted us a more-than-fair price for three hours of work - so much so we gave him a (hopefully decent) tip to express our sincere gratitude! Before he left, Ken let us know his schedule & when he'd be back to tackle the larger projects. I've no doubt he's a man that says what he means & means what he says - not often encountered unfortunately - a true joy to have made his acquaintance! Getting the work done to boot was again "icing on the cake!" He's a very upstanding young man with very high morals - the type of person anyone would be more than comfortable with in their home! We look forward to his return & are very thankful for having found him on Angie's List!

Everything was done well and I am pleased with the results. Mr. Reeves worked me into his schedule and was very prompt.

Communicated prior to arriving to ensure he had the correct items to do the job, showed up right on time, cut piece to fit hole and ensured the cut/patch was correctly installed so in future no sagging. Taped and mudded the area and waited in his truck while the mud dried. Once sanded to where he used cloth from the start to try and deter dust from going everywhere, smoothed out the area and then painted to a nice finish. Once done, cleaned up his materials and on hands and knees cleaned the dust that was created and went outside the drop cloth area. Left with a clean floor and finished ceiling. Great work.

He did a great job by improvising some new hardware placement to make it more stable.

It took a while for him to come because it kept raining. He said that he underestimated how big a job it was. He did a nice job but I don't think it was as enthusiastic because he spent a lot of time.

I was very impressed by how quickly the job went. My house was filthy and had some peeling paint. They washed the whole house, scraped of the old peeling paint, sealed all the cracks, and painted it within 2 days. The job went great. I was very impressed! The house looks brand new.
