Very professional, my experience was great. It was raining but Mr. Jenkins was still on his job! Very honest and explained all aspects of the inspection to a T!

The inspectors name is Keith Jenkins. He was very thorough, and efficient, and courteous.

Mr. Keith Jenkins is a vet who treated me with respect and professionalism. He answered all of my questions, educated me on things I didn't know or understand and was very prompt. I am proud to be his customer.

They promptly responded when we first listed our request with Home Advisor. They were professional and provided a reasonable and comparable price estimation for the service provided. They explained all of what would be done for the home inspection and followed through. We were able to get the inspection completed within a matter of days after initially speaking. The report provided at the end was nicely done and detailed. I would recommend using this company.

We were left in a lurch when the home inspector that we had booked from a different company cancelled on us at the last minute. Keith with Ranger Home Inspections was available to talk with us early on a Sunday morning and did the inspection for us the same day. He took his time with the inspection and was very thorough. Our biggest worry in choosing a home inspector was getting someone who was partnered with a real estate broker and might have incentive to minimize or overlook issues with a house in order to encourage the sale. That was definitely not the case with Keith. He took time to go over his findings with us after the inspection, and afterwards, our realtor commented that he took even the smallest issues very seriously. That was just fine with us! His report was easy to understand, and when we followed up with him to ask for more details on a couple of the items identified in the report, he got back to us promptly. You can find home inspectors that charge more for an inspection than Ranger does, but we don't think the quality of those inspections could have been much better than what we had with Ranger.

I hired Ranger Home Inspection for home inspection service. Keith was very thorough in his home inspection. He took his time to inspect home at every nook and corner. He wrote a report that is very detailed and easy to understand. He explained if there was anything wrong with the unit. In fact when I send the report to my realtor, he mentioned that he have not seen such detailed report ever. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone who is looking for home inspection service. Five star all the way !!.

If you are buying a property and in need of a home inspection "Ranger Home Inspections" is the company to go with. Keith was very helpful in getting us to understand the improvements needed. A thorough report which he walked through made it easy for us to request the sellers to make fixes. This is my second home and all I can say is " I wish I knew Keith during my first home purchase". As a first time homebuyer, I didn t feel comfortable making choices about a home inspector when I knew how important this step was. I had very little money starting this home buying journey, so I knew I had to make it count if I was gonna do this. I researched and researched and finally came across Range Home Inspections. Scared that I would get a below average inspector, I read the reviews, checked out the website, and came to my decision to move forward. I was so glad I did! Keith was very professional and thorough. He explained any issues he found in an understandable manner. He even offered a Military discount which made the price, which was already fair, even better. I would recommend Ranger to any military or former military looking to buy a home.
