If you've never purchased a house before, and are unsure about what to do, hire this guy! His inspection was thorough, and he made sure to explain the big concerns that he found. Even though I wasn't able to be present for the inspection, I felt comfortable leaving everything in his hands. Turn around was quick too! I would recommend finding a better way to get the customer's payment, but other than that, everything was good!
