*** Edit to my original review *** My wife and I are first-time home owners. After living in our home for a couple of months and becoming more familiar with all the different systems in the house, we started uncovering more and more clearly visible and obvious issues that an experienced inspector should have clearly noticed. I do not mean things that were hidden or inaccessible at the time of the inspection - as most home inspectors have as a disclaimer in their contracts. I am talking about old rusted and clearly visible exhaust pipes from our furnace in the crawl space. Noticed this during a maintenance inspection and simply put, this could have easily put my family in serious health risk of CO intoxication, or worse! My home warranty will not cover this repair, because it's very obvious that this predates the purchase of the house. The same with a leak behind the washer, and a rotted subfloor that I had to replace in the upstairs bathroom. I was originally really pleased with the detailed report, great customer service, and the professionalism in which we were treated, but in the end, these clear misses really tarnished my opinion of this home inspection service. I've leaned so much from my owning my first home and definitely has opened my eyes as to what to look for in a home. I was expecting that someone with years of experience would offer much more than what we received. I would not recommend unless you, yourself as a home buyer, know what to look for and can double-check the work. But then, what are you paying for in the end?

Very thorough inspection. Was on a new construction home, and Keith found a substantial electrical problem that I overlooked myself in my initial walkthrough, along with other issues. Builder was able to fix but delayed closing for a week. Very glad I hired him. His report was very detailed and easy to understand. He also added in some general tips regarding the house. Communication was great. Answered any questions I had and explained in detail. Highly recommend.
