Description of Work: Raul came to my home to provide me with an estimate on laminate flooring installation. He was on time, very friendly and courteous. Raul's price was VERY reasonable, but unfortunately a competitor beat his price by $250.00, so I did not use him. I would recommend him, however because he seemed very professional and I had heard very good things about him and his business. His total cost for a 1,300 square foot job would've been around $2,200.00 and the other price I received was for about $1,950.00. Both prices were very affordable, but I chose the lesser price quote based on good things I had heard about that company as well.

+ 0 moreRaul restretched my carpet after it was initially installed by another company. He had to do a lot of work which required reopening seams, and he did a terrific job. Even with having to redo seams, it looks great. I was so impressed I recommended him to my mother who bought a house this summer. Comparing my initial house installation to hers, it was about 8% less expensive, and, more importantly, the job was done well and done quickly. The seams are virtually invisible. He and his employees take a lot of pride in their work. He also replaced my mother's hardwood foyer. He came in on a Saturday and had the job done and covered before the painters got there at noon.
Description of Work: Restretching and repair on my carpet (done initially by another company) and complete removal and installation of new carpet and hardwood foyer in my mother's house. I paid $100 for the restretch. My mother's whole house was carpeted in the same carpet I got initially but her price was about 8% less per square yard, so she got a deal.
