Description of Work: On the phone I was told that results were guaranteed and they would come as many times as necessary. As soon as the technician got there he told me that results were not guaranteed and that he would come a maximum of two times. Then I had to sign a contract where I had to say I had been told there was no guarantee. The technician was polite and friendly but results were minimum.

+ -1 moreOur house is about 1 1/2 years old and this was our first pest control application. The technician arrived on time and we talked about our problem and the options. We settled on an organic non-harmful to humans spray for inside. He sprayed all the baseboards in all rooms of the house and around all doors and windows. He then went outside and used a different product around the whole foundation. Treatment was successful and we have seen no ants since.
Description of Work: We had a problem with carpenter ants and small ants in the kitchen and master bathroom and the technician sprayed both inside and out.

+ -1 moreWe've suddenly had some mice issues in our new house. It has made trying to organize a new life stressful. Called Lavender this morning and they were here by noon. David, our home inspection guy, was here for over an hour. In the attic, crawl space, everyplace. Evaluated the situation, provided a cost-effective solution. Let me know the situation was not so bad and that it could be kept under control. Prices were reasonable and very little pressure. Am happy to be working with them. Signed a contract. For the first visit, it will cost $109 and then $79 quarterly. He also referred me to a wildlife trapper who could seal up some spaces in the attic and crawlspace. Whew! A wonderful relief to a stressful week. And nice to be working with a local business, not a franchise. They also gave us a decent quote for a vapor barrier.

+ -1 moreUnfortunately, Lavender found evidence of a Termite infestation in our newly purchased home. Their agent was quick in providing a cost effective resolution and assured us that we were in good hands. A technician came to our home within 1 week and also followed up with another technician who came for a follow up treatment/applications. I would definitely rate them high on professionalism, knowledge of insects, and rapid response.

Description of Work: We have regular annual termite inspections by Lavender. Every ten years they must do a full termite treatment. This was the tenth year, hence the extra cost.

Description of Work: My cabin had termites and Lavender was prompt to come out and give me a free estimate. When I chose them, they gave me a date to come out and do the treatment that was convenient for me. When the man started the work, he saw several wasp nests around my cabin and took it upon himselt to eliminate them so I wouldn't get stung. I had no idea i had them and he saved me from getting hurt really badly from all the wasps. He pointed them out to me and gave me a full can of wasp spray and showed me out to use it in case the wasps came back. I was very impressed with that. Then he started the termite treatment and worked for several hours on that. He told me when he was finished and told me someone would be out in a couple of months to check on the areas that had been treated. The whole experience with Lavender was a positive one for me. I will most definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreI noticed more and more bugs in my home, so I decided to call Lavender Pest Control. They came out and took care of the black widow that set up shop in my bathroom window, and my ant problem in the kitchen. They were at the house for about an hour and a half, and I am confident they covered all the issues I had. They were professional, friendly, and courteous.
Description of Work: I signed up for the quarterly service. In the first visit they treat the outside, and inside pretty thoroughly. After that they primarily treat the outside, unless they need to spray inside.They don't charge if they have to come back out for any reason. I had no problems with their service.
