I purchased a coupon from Angie's list during the weekend of October 4, 2013. I had an appointment on Tuesday, October 8, 2013. The tech, Johnny was very nice and friendly. He explained the process and what chemicals would be used in the home and outside. The appointment went quiet well. and I'm very pleased with my services.

They have communicated when they are coming and arrive on time. The installation went smoothly as did the treatments in the past.

It went just fine. Very personable and professional. Left his card if I ever needed them again. Did not push me to making an appointment for a second visit. Gave me good insight to why and what causes the problems.

The original deal didn't specify the service area. If they are going to offer a deal, available only to a certain county, they need to specify that in the ad.

Recommended additional services to seal roof decking to fascia boards. Estimate to come later via email.

They were extremely busy, so it took several days to get an appointment. The service technician came at the appointed time and took his time to discuss our needs and to apply the treatments. He was polite and experienced. It was a good experience and I would use them again.

the company representative came on time as promised , treated the whole house from attic to basement including the outside perimeter. they called back to check up on the effectiveness of the treatment. we are very pleased with the results. no ,more ants or roaches. we will be using this company in the future. very satisfied with the service..

Matt Alexander was the Service Manager from the company that came out for the job. He took extra efforts to work with me and my crazy work schedule to get the job completed ASAP. We discussed my concerns and issues and thoroughly treated the entire home and informed me of a serious issue with squirrels in my attic that needs to be addressed ASAP. Very informative, answered any question I had and very personable and professional. A&A has a top notch person representing their company with him. If all their people are anything like Matt I can see why they have high ratings. Very pleased and impressed. Will be coming back to them for my next quarterly appointment.

Matt contacted me promptly, followed-up to schedule when he said he would, and came when scheduled. He contacted me approximately 1 week after the treatment to check on the service. We were pleased with the service and would use this company again.

Services were professional and timely. They took time to talk with us about our special needs (a cat that is very sensitive to all chemicals) and they were careful to follow the agreed upon plan. The quote for rodent exclusion was very thorough and included multiple pictures of our attic showing the problems and what needed to be fixed. A couple weeks after the initial extermination service, we got a follow up call to find out if we were still seeing any bugs inside the house. We had seen a few, so they came back out again at no additional charge. I appreciate their willingness to work with us, their thoroughness, and their diligence in following up with us. I would recommend this company to others.

Matt did a great job. Arrived on schedule and spent considerable time making sure he covered all areas inside the house and on the outside. Very thorough and explained everything. The treatment worked really well too as it continues to take out the insects. Will definitely continue to rely on them for pest control services.

Every thing went are very good

It is difficult to get someone to your home during the busy season. I had to call 3 times to finally get someone out, but it was well worth it. They are a very friendly and helpful company. I felt at ease with the gentleman they sent to the house to spray. He carefully explained what he was going to do and gave me tips on making sure the pests stay out.

Excellent - the technician made time to come right away - he was very nice, did a thorough job and made sure I knew how to contact him if I saw any more ants. I have not! I will definately use this company again and highly recommend them!

The owners are wonderful. We’ve had the same guys every time for our services. I can’t say enough good things about them because they have worked with me tremendously. I will continue to use them. I wouldn't use anybody else.

If there is any other problems they come out right away. They follow up with us in a great way and we like that. They do all they can to control the situation.

They will come out in between the 3 months time if there is any problems with no additional charge. There is no odor and it doesn't effect my dog.

I am pleased with them. They are pretty regular. They do not try to sell me many things which is the best. They are the best priced. I would use them again in the future.

They have not found anything so far. They go around the perimeter and do the check. The people I have dealt with have been very courteous and informative. They do want payment before the contract renewal.
