The service started with Matt telling us all he would be doing, then inspecting the home. After inspecting the house he informed us what work was needed to eliminate the rat problem we have. After this he sealed all entry points and put out about a half dozen traps with bait. Matt was very knowledgable and educated us well on what we needed to do in the future. We will definitely use this service again.

AA provided great customer service, for a full rat exclusion package and termite bond. Matt is super helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. I intend to use them for pest control in the future.

Provider installed trap and blocked access to attic; however, squirrels re-gained access by working around barrier and Provider had to return to again block access. Provider has not returned to remove trap and permanently block access.

The exclusion process took one day. While performing the exclusion Danny also cleaned out our gutters all around the house. Although the soffit repair turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated, Danny made all the repairs at no extra charge. My wife and I were both extremely impressed by the work that was done. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to get rid of pests.

This service was performed by an individual named Matt Alexander. He runs the "wildlife" portion of A&A termite and pest control in my area. This gentleman was extremely knowlegable, courteous, efficient, and effective.

Came and conducted inspection as requested but no pests were found.

I initially called the number listed as the business number in early July to inquire about regular service. A young woman took my information and said someone would get back with me. I waited 2 weeks (assuming summer is a busy season) and called the alternate number given on here by Mr. Alexander when others have had the same issue. He asked me to texted me my address and info and said I'd hear back with an appointment time. That contact date was 8/26/15 and there has been no contact since. The only reason I made a second attempt is because my husband and I try to use locally owned businesses whenever we can. However, being a small business is no excuse for poor business practices and not valuing other people's time and money in return. We'll look elsewhere.

Scheduling and service were perfect. I originally ordered this service because of sugar ants in my home. Matt and his partner laid bait traps as well as sprayed for ants (and other pests) on the exterior. After approximately 2 days, the ants disappeared. I have decided to use A&A Termite and Pest Control for quarterly exterior pest prevention.

I think the company subcontracted the coupon package to someone. The guy made multiple excuses of not showing up for the scheduled time. We have been contacted him more than 5 times. It has been half month since the original scheduled service date. I' really disappointed and have to cancel the coupon that I bought. I can't stand another stood up. Update: Eventually, A&A got the job done and did it very professionally.

A&A Termite & Pest Control came onsite as scheduled and sealed the gap in our Roof where the Bats we getting in then setup a one way exit. The Bats were gone within 2 days but they also added a camera for a week that would capture any movement to determine that all Bats had indeed left + not returned. Once Bats were removed they sealed the gap and problem was solved. I was very impressed with the customer experience, speed in which the job was done and most importantly the cost of just $90.00 thanks to Angies List Deal. It did cost an additional 150.00 if you want them to vacume up the Bat droppings and spray a deodorant/disenfectant. Overall a wonderful experience and one I would highly recommend. Bill

Matt was prompt, professional, and friendly through out the process.

It was good. Scheduling was easy although it took a while to get scheduled and we corresponded via email. They seemed slammed by the response to the Deal.

Great. We obtained 3 quotes and went with Matt and his parter at A&A Termite and Pest Control. Matt's quote was competitive, but his warranty was the best of the 3 quoted. Additionally, and probably most importantly, Matt was honest with us. I realize that he is essentially in a sales position, but I didn't feel as if he was trying to push anything on us. He told us what our situation was and what he suggested as the best way to treat the problem. He is strait forward and honest, and that got him the job. The job was done well and in a timely manner. He followed up on his work, and we haven't had a problem with rodents in the attic since. We are satisfied customers.

Matt and Danny were outstanding - I can't recommend them highly enough. They were both extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Bottom line - you want someone who knows what they are doing and someone who CARES about doing the job the right way. They both have this approach, which is refreshing. If you have issues with termites or rodents, definitely call these guys - you'll be glad that you did.

There were no troubles with scheduling. I haven’t had any insect problems between their treatment and some of my own. The price for the value was terrific. The technician who came out was very thorough. Everything turned out just fine.

I had to push the job out for reasons. He was responsive when I called him for scheduling. He was very nice, personable, and willing to honor the deal at a later date. I appreciate that and will contacting him soon for scheduling.

We are pretty long term customers, I love that if I ever see any bugs after our regular annual schedule, I call and you come right back out. I love that when I'm told that we need something, or any questions we have are honestly responded to, I trust this company & the staff is excellent!

I don’t recall there being any troubles with scheduling. I had some areas around my garage that I had seen some holes in the wood. When the technician came out, he did confirm that it appeared there were termites at some time, but there were none currently. He completed the pest treatment. I felt that the cost was reasonable for what he did. However, they did try to up sale me on additional services which I declined. They did everything that I had asked of them. Everything worked out fine.

They have been exceptional! I have been using them for almost a year. Their costs are reasonable. I prepaid for the service for a year in advance. They come for the exterior treatment when the quarterly treatment is due. If I need the interior treated, I call them for scheduling. They have the most responsive and friendly staff. I can call them at anytime. Ever since they have been providing treatment, there has not been any sign of pests. They have been doing excellent!

It turned out very good. They did a good job. The price was very competitive. I've used them before. I had another quote and they did better than the other people who came out. I had them on my other house also.

Exceptional service! Even though the company decided not to service our area, after all, we were treated as if we were the most valuable long-term customer they had, and this was an introductory special, so they weren't making money on this transaction. The guy was really knowledgeable and spent a long time discussing some concerns we had. Very friendly, very professional!

Provider was professional , knowledgable & very respectful and friendly. I planned on using them for this big deal service, but they were so good I am switching to them for permanent pest and terminate prevention. Its been 30days since our service and we have not seen one bug in the house. I would highly recommend them.
