ATA Family Pest Solutions is a family owned and operated company serving Metro Atlanta and Northeast Georgia reliable service for household pests, termites, mosquitoes and more. &nbsp As a family owned business, ATA is not bound by strict corporate policy. Our family is just like your family. We understand when you may have a problem with a scheduled appointment or have to be late with a payment. Many customers may need service after hours or on weekends due to work or family responsibilities. We, at ATA, are committed to providing service to your family according to your schedule and to your satisfaction. All of our technicians are registered with the Georgia Department of Agriculture structural pest control division and receive accredited hours of classroom instruction as well as field training on a regular basis. Hey {member's name removed}! Thanks for sharing. I hope you are satisfied with your pest control treatment. From what I recall, you had spoke about termites before our visit. It's no secret that Angie's List deals do not usually generate virtually any revenue for businesses. Whether it's considered an 'upsell' or not, it's our duty to address any concerning issues that are noticed during any treatment, not just Angie's List deals. If a plumber came to my home for one problem and found two others, I'd sure hope he would point them out to me and provide an estimate since he's already at my home and already has the necessary information. Never will you see a typical, pushy sales guy from the A&A Team. We inspect your house, identify problems and offer remedies. I didn't follow up the estimate with a hard-sell or phone calls. It was very no-pressure. Termites are a serious threat to a home. It would be negligent to not point the problem out to you. I'm sorry the price wasn't to your satisfaction. An early 1900's home that has termites needs a full extensive Termidor treatment.. Termidor is the most expensive termite treatment product on the market. It is also the most effective. Taking into consideration the large size of your home and the addition, age, amount of chemical required and numerous risk factors, yes, the price can be steep. We at A&A will always have fair competitive pricing, but we are not the cheap guys. We are the guys that come in and fix the things that the cheap guys messed up or failed to even notice.
