+ -1 moreI pay for the termite insurance every year. They come out once a year, so I have hardly ever seen them. They inspect and treat whatever they need to. I don’t have termites. They are termite insurance more than anything. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, they are coming out tomorrow to do the annual inspection.

Representatives from A&A Termite and Pest Control were courteous, professional, and honest throughout the process. Inspection was done on the first visit and the various plans they offer were explained. I was then left to decide at my leisure with no hard sell or follow-up pressure to secure the company's services. Upon making my decision, the second visit was for paperwork and to schedule the third visit for the initial treatment.

We have been with them for a long time. He is a nice guy and is very personable. He does a thorough job and is very professional. He is very easy to talk with. Sometimes he gets a bit late.

The last time they came out, they did the termite inspection of the stations around the house and replaced the wood in one of them. They told me that there was no activity. They seem to be fine. I don?t interact with them. They come to inspect and leave a note and a bill. I will continue to use them in the future.

WE RECENTLY HIRED THEM FOR PEST CONTROL TO SPRAY FOR ROACHES, ANOTHER DIVISION AND ANOTHER EXTERMINATOR. WE WERE VERY TURNED OFF BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER.
