ATA Family Pest Solutions is a family owned and operated company serving Metro Atlanta and Northeast Georgia reliable service for household pests, termites, mosquitoes and more. &nbsp As a family owned business, ATA is not bound by strict corporate policy. Our family is just like your family. We understand when you may have a problem with a scheduled appointment or have to be late with a payment. Many customers may need service after hours or on weekends due to work or family responsibilities. We, at ATA, are committed to providing service to your family according to your schedule and to your satisfaction. All of our technicians are registered with the Georgia Department of Agriculture structural pest control division and receive accredited hours of classroom instruction as well as field training on a regular basis. All technicians are drug tested and pass a background check prior to employment. ATA is a member in good standing of the Georgia Pest Control Association. Main phone: 678-235-5280

Description of Work: First they rescued me from a carpenter ant issue - right away! They were very responsive and solved the problem. They have come quarterly ever since. All of their techs and other employees are much more pleasant than Arrow or Terminix.

Description of Work: The owner came out and sprayed, however, ants returned. Called Matt (owner) few days later he contacted me. I told him the problem. He made me an appointment, he never showed up. I called again and got some excuse. Made another appointment, again, he never showed up again. Now on vacation, son called said we were overrun with ants, he sprayed to kill them. If he wasn't there our house would be in terrible shape with ants when we got back from vacation. This situation could have been prevented if A&A Termite and Pest control came out earlier when they said they would.

From my recollection, when we spoke after you started seeing ants, we agreed that I would come by to apply a different product the next week. I did mention that I might be able to stop by that week but we never set a definite appointment. Sorry your service wasn't timely enough but I hope our respray took care of them.
