This company was the best in price. The communication is above and beyond. I would recommend the company for any work. They removed carpet and installed hardwood. Additionally they installed the stairs with solid oak steps. John and his dad are first rate.

So friendly, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted!

I have used John and Adan in multiple homes. They are trustworthy and dependable. With John, I do not even have to inspect the work because I am certain he does the best job possible. I would recommend them for any sort of remodeling job. They do amazing work and treat the job as if they were reconstructing their own house. I highly recommend this company.

John was recommended to me from some family members. He installed wood fences for them that came out great. I needed a chain link fence with a gate installed in the backyard to keep the pups from getting into the pond in the back. John put the fence in right where we wanted, and made sure to get the chain link as low down to the ground as possible to keep our chihuahua mix from sliding under. John and his crew were working through bad weather as well to get everything installed properly. The fence looks great. And communication with John was very easy. Will definitely call John for other projects in the future.

The deck project was great. They took our old deck down and away and built a new deck with all the bells and whistles we requested. They would check with us throughout the project to make sure we got what we wanted. They even took the time to explain why things are built and put together the way they are. Great learning experience. Final deck turned out great! (Wish homeadvisor would let me post pics so you could see how awesome it is!)

I hired Adan & Juan Landscaping to remove my chain link fence and replace it with a 4 foot wood fence. They came highly recommended by my neighbor. Before I had my fence installed, my sister took my neighborâ s recommendation and had a fence installed at her new home nearby. Every time I went to her house, I was jealous and had to have my fenced done! Every one that worked on my fence was punctual, professional, and friendly! Before the fence was installed, there was great communication as to what, when, and how much the project would cost (they were not pushy to up-sell when I decided to not replace one side of the fence since it is mostly hidden behind bushes). The project was done in 2 days and through out the whole installation, they wanted to make sure I was happy with the process. I love the final result and very happy every time I look out the windows overlooking the backyard! I have already recommended this company to someone else and would definitely use them again for future projects! Great people, great product, great value!

I hired John and Adan because a friend had their fence done and it looked good. The price was lower than some other quotes too. We had to wait a bit for materials, but such is life in the age of COVID. When they got started a 300 ft fence took about two days. I am very pleased. The posts are sturdy, the top is nice and level, and the bottom is tight to the ground. The gates are beefy and solid, everything you want in a fence. John and his crew are very friendly and helpful as well. Left the site clean and even carried off some good-sized branches.

My father passed and we needed his house repaired in order to put it on the market. There was a lot of work to do and it was already stressful with his passing. They were helpful in every single way possible. I was updated with pictures and always asked if there was anything else they should do differently or if I was happy with it. Every time I was very very happy. They did everything so quickly and made my dadâ s house beautiful with some personal details that John thought would be more complimenting! He put an accent wall behind the fireplace of the hard wood that was in the rest of the house and it looks impeccable! Tiny little finishes were done as well just to be made even more homey and complimentary. I couldnâ t have found someone better to handle my fathers home. I absolutely appreciate everything they did and how accommodating they were during this stressful time. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED if you choose them to handle your home repairs! They literally can do anything and everything! Highly recommend 100%!

This team took on A PROJECT at our house. After years of neglect, the house needed some repairs after the previous owners left it to the family. These men repaired water damaged ceilings and sheet rock, they rebuilt an entire bathroom, with a BEAUTIFUL shower, did flooring for it, and the laundry room, reinstalled carpet that had been left lose after a flood, replaced a water heater, kitchen faucet, customized a door that needed to be replaced (it was a unique door frame shape), they replaced a rotten back porch, and resealed all the toilets in the house. They fixed electrical issues and light switches, and repaired our flood lights, and even identified a fire hazard and repaired it. They even repaired a broken kitchen drawer. These men worked hard, were very courteous, and did all this work in a span of 2 weeks. We are currently planning on them to come repair our mudwall behind the house, and our deck on the second story of the house. I couldn't recommend them enough! They will fix any and everything!

It s a shame you can only rate these guys 5 stars as they are easily a 10 star company. Hired them to build me a front porch, covered back porch & a pool deck. They also ran electrical wires for me to have plugins on porch & deck & put up awning on front porch as well as climb a 50-60ft tree to trim branches so I could have a security light installed by power company. These guys seem to be able to do any job you need done and the quality of work & customer service is exceptional and there prices where lower than other estimates I had received. Will definitely be calling them for any future home improvement projects. FYI: Hired them through home advisor and when home adviser sent me the referral for them it only showed up as Adan & Juan Landscaping Services so I almost didn t call them for an estimate because I needed a deck & porch built not landscaping services but I did (and I m glad I did) and found out their full company name is Adan & Juan Landscaping & Construction so don t hesitate to call these guys for any home project you have.

John, Adan, and his entire team are true professionals. They kept their word, did what they said they would, and even came up with other solutions to help save us more money instead of the other way around. John gave us a quote the very next day unlike other contractors I had to chase down. He stayed in constant contact with me to ensure I was happy with the work and progress. They finished on time and got the job done right the first time. John, Adan and their team finished out a bathroom in the basement among other things in the basement such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and a drop ceiling. They poured a concrete pad out back and every bit of their work is top notch. At the end they did a final walk through to make sure we were satisfied with everything. They are an extremely professional group of guys. Their pricing is fair and competitive for the excellent work they do. I will definitely be using them again in the future and you should give them a call today. You will not be disappointed. If I could rate 10 stars I would. John and Adan have hearts of gold and always have the customers best interest in mind.

They were available we they said they were coming. All employees were polite and respectful. John was able to answer any of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the project. The completed deck was constructed better and definitely stronger than I expected. I will certainly use them again for future projects.
