+ -1 moreWe switched to Alpha Security Systems for our home security monitoring about 1 1/2 yrs. ago. Because our then-current system was outdated, we had Mark update the system, which he completed at an extremely reasonable price. He has since come out to the house to address some other issues that were related to the age of the original installation, ocassionally at no charge except for materials, all, once again, at a very reasonable cost. Mark is extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable, honest, and very fair. He is prompt at returning calls, and always shows up on time. We are currently in the process of having Mark install additional security/monitoring equipment. We are also very satisfied with the monitoring service. They are very quick in responding to the alarm being triggered (I know this because of the "oops!" times someone forgot the alarm was armed!).
Description of Work: Replaced wiring that was causing a "fault" message on the system pad.
