Innovative Electrical was hired to repair the lighting for our subdivision front signs. Upon inspection, it was determined that the best and most cost effective route was to rip and replace the 20+ yr old halogen system with an LED system. This was done and the lights look and work excellent. We did have a failure of one of the LED elements about 8 months after the initial installation (which is not uncommon for LED assemblies) and they came and replaced with an entirely new light, with parts and labor completely covered under warranty. It's difficult to find contractors that communicate well, are punctual and do exactly what they're hired to do. Innovative Electrical is just that type of contractor. They are more than willing to take large and small jobs, something others have no interest in doing. I recommend them and will make them my first call for any future electrical needs.

Innovative did a great job. They came out quickly with a reasonable estimate. They scheduled the work within a couple of days of accepting the offer and did a very professional job. They even worked in a small light switch repair that was not on the original estimate for a small extra fee. Highly recommend them.

We were pleased and only a few items needed adjustments, but they completed them right away. I doubt anyone could have done this job without having to come back out. The original house was built in 1904, so I am certain this was a complicated job and definitely not a cookie cutter situation. Jarod and his team were professional, prompt, creative and I would hire them again without hesitation.

It went very well, I inquired through Angie's list and received a response within minutes. They came out on time as promised, diagnosed problem and were able to repair outlet without delay and gave me a good price. For an additional fee they also installed a surge protector for my enitre house.

I've used Innovative Electrical three time, and each experience has been excellent. I had Jarod out again last week for a problem in the breaker panel. I called after 5:00, so I didn't expect to hear from anyone until the next day, but he answered the phone. Said he was really busy all week, but could come out right then since he was in the area. Wow. He arrived that evening, stayed until he fixed the problem, and charged a very reasonable fee. I manage 10 rental properties and work with the different trades all the time. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Jarod's competence and positive attitude. Also impressive is the way his company has integrated their scheduling and billing functions with phone messaging, so a customer knows what is going on and what to expect every step of the way.

Jarad was the only electrician that kept their appointment for the evaluation/quote. He was on time and thoroughly explained the proposed services. Jarad and helper kept their service appointment and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Jarad went the extra mile and worked with the A/C contractor over the phone to finish hooking up the A/C units. He was also very creative in running the electrical service cables so they are not seen, this without an attic or crawl space. Jarad reduced the original quote when it was determined that the size of the A/C circuits was less than originally spec'd out. He also produced a professional safety inspection report for our future use. Overall, we were very satisfied with Jarad and would not hesitate to recommend his company!

Great. Work was done as promised in a very timely manner

This company saw a female and thought they could take advantage of her. They quoted a range of $425.00-$1,335.00 for various things that "needed" to be done. Others quoted me less than $200.00. So I actually ended up having a friend help me that is a licensed electrician. I went in the crawl space which Innovative was going to charge extra for "limited access" and helped thread the wire back to the breaker. It probably took less than an hour and two people. Furious is an understatement.

Good, some weather delay but, job was finished on time.

Jarod sent an email reminder/confirmation of our appointment on the day prior to his service call. He arrived on time and was friendly and courteous. He completed the job in a timely manner and did a good clean up afterwards. Overall, it was a very professional job at a competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend Innovative Electrical to anyone needing electrical work done.

Jarod was on time, gave us a fair quote, and was even able to do the job the same day. He was very careful to do minimal damage when fishing wires through the ceiling. He even did the access from a closet so there was no visible damage to the kitchen walls or ceiling. I am very pleased with the work and the service. I'll be using them for any future electrical needs.

This was the second time I had Nathan and Jared come out to help me... the first time was 2 weeks ago when they installed a 25 ft chandelier in my dining room and a new ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms...new kitchen LED cans and a chandelier in the hallway and front entrance. This trip was to install new bathroom fixtures and outside lights on the patio and front porch. The guys came when they said they would, right on time, did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up before they left. They first give you a quote for the work to be performed and get approval for scope of work and the price. I plan to use them again to install kitchen cabinet lighting and a couple more fixtures in the bathroom and laundry room. I would happily recommend them for any electrical work!

Jarod and Nathan arrived on time and were very professional. They diagnosed a problem in the electrical panel that the 'inspector' missed when we bought the home last year. They were friendly and informative. I won't hesitate to use them again!
