She was abrupt and fast-talking, and wanted me to provide a credit card to keep on file for a service charge of 89.95 without giving me an estimate of the replacement. Her voice became irritated and told me that they just cannot help me then without the information, and hung up. Didn't catch her name but it was the worst service call I've ever had!"
