Security Blanket Inc

I moved into my home in December 2012. I try to go local with any service first. Apparently there has been service here before because their sign is in my yard. So I called the number on the sign in mid December. They took my information and said they would call back with a quote based oninformation on the previous account. I never heard back. I assumed that it may be due to the holidays. So in mid January 2013 I called back and went thru the same thing even telling them about my December experience and they never called back. If this is the level of customer service I received just getting started, they probably did me a favor by not calling back. The crooks would be in, stay the weekend and have all my belongings out before my alarm company would even respond. I guess I will call another company and start over.

I've had a security system installed in my other house before and I liked the guy I had before; but he was slow to respond when I needed service or anything. He was even slow about calling me back to get an estimate, so I tried to call Security Blanket and the guy got right out here. He gave me an estimate. He was there when he was supposed to. He got it done. I had a lot of tests to be run and it was a big thing. I told him to be here and get it done, and he did.
