+ -1 moreWithin an hour of calling the technician/plumber arrived. I described the problem and he proceeded to troubleshoot the problem. He was working on plumbing installed in the 1960's but he successfully removed the defective valve and then corrected the problem. He checked the system for leaks, made sure the repairs were water tight, and cleaned the work site. The entire procedure took less than two hours. Very satisfied.
