+ -1 moreTerrible service and responsiveness.. we are remodeling our home and needed the AC replaced. It took forever for these guys to deliver the AC, the duct work is still unfinished, and now they won’t answer our calls. The contractor said he was blocked on his phone! They took the money and ran. These guys need to have their license revoked! BBB gives them a F-..

Description of Work: Installed ac and heating unit that will not heat and cool. Jim Brown will not honor warranty or repair unit. Person he sends know nothing about ac work if you get jim Brown he is rude. F2f onot waste money on a unit from this guy

Description of Work: replaced 2 heating and air conditioning units. very shoddy work. much had to be redone by another contractor. could not contact Jim Brown for follow up service. Brown's installation was a fire hazard(bldg permit wasn't required), and he installed the wrong thermostat on one of the systems. would not recommend him under any circumstances.
