+ -1 moreMr. Gordon called before coming and acknowledged it was a little later than he had told me it would be, but that was fine me as I was thankful he had the parts and could repair the washer the same day I called as it was Friday afternoon and I had a lot of laundry to catch up! When he arrived, he confirmed it was the coupler/coupling? and fixed it right away. It only took him a few minutes and it was good as new again! I chose Mr. Gordon's company from seeing the reviews here and am satisfied with the service I received, too.
Description of Work: When I first called, Mr. Gordon listened to me explain my problem and then suggested a procedure that often remedies the situation. He quickly determined, over the phone, that my coupling had broken and that's what caused my washer tub to drain but not spin. He was very friendly and said he had a service call in a neighboring town that would be next addressed, but my washer would be after that and he gave me a time the same afternoon.

+ -1 moreRepairman was at my house within 30 minutes after I called company. He immediately knew what the problem with the washer was and fixed it. Since it was a simple repair, he only charged me for the service call fee. I found the repairman to be professional and competent with his work. I will definitely use this company in the future.
