FOAM PRO

The coverage of spray foam seemed to be OK. I had to bring up several spots to his crew that needed attention. There were some areas that seemed thin and others that seemed thick, but it seemed OK overall. I asked about it not meeting code, but since it's spray foam I was assured that I would be happy with the final product. There were some problems that I had to come behind and alert him to regarding sealing - areas that were not caulked or foamed that I had to do myself, like parts of the sill plate in the garage with huge gaps. And an area near my dormers that he said were not insulated because he followed the nail line of the dormer, but I don't know... I don't think my dormers are as big as the areas that's not insulated. I asked him to put some XPS foam up in that spot when I called concerned about it. He said he would but never did. Asked for payment before job was done. I paid him partially. I liked Scott and hope he trains his helpers better or gets new ones, because he blamed many of the problems I had on them.

Foam Pro did an excellent job, and at a very fair price. Owner Scott Valis is a good man, of high integrity, and knows his stuff. Would definitely use Foam Pro again.
