DAVIS APPLIANCE REPAIR

I called Davis Appliance Company to fix my broken washing machine. It appears the company is run out of the home because when I called I spoke with the wife. I requested her husband call me when he came home, which he did not. I called again in the evening and asked to speak with Mr. Davis. He told me he could be at my house at 9:00 a.m. the following morning. I asked if he could come in the afternoon, and he said he would be here at 1:00 p.m. Approximately 30 minutes before he was to arrive, the wife called to tell me he was busy the rest of the week and wouldn't be available until sometime next week. I had scheduled my time to be here for the repair. I feel if a business makes a committment to a customer they should honor it. I called a second repair man who came to my house immediately and fixed the washing machine. I will be making a positive report about them.
